I bought the bulk ar(50) and bulk sr(50) and it came with over 30 trainers cards. They advertise nice cards when you purchase but ended up with cards that no one probably wanted.

The item you purchased is a service product sold at a loss, and it includes not only SR cards but also HR and SAR cards. We have checked the packing photos for your order, and while there are indeed multiple SAR cards included and some Supporter cards as well, it is not possible that more than 30 out of 50 cards were Supporter cards.
In addition, the price is set extremely low and leaves us with almost no profit. We also include some “hit” cards, and even with a purchase limit of one set (30 cards) per person at the time of sale, it sold out immediately. We take pride in this item as a service product that has been widely appreciated by many customers.

Cards were delivered fast and carefully packaged. No damage whatsoever. Great selection and prompt service. Will definitely be ordering more.

Horrible service
I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with Pokeninjapan. We orderes with express for 40€ more and it still took at least 2 weeks to arrive! It was said to arrive in 3 days and it cost me a lot to not have gotten them as early as said. With the additional toll, which was not clearly communicated, it was even more expensive and for the price we bought the displays for, absolutely not worth the shipping.
Also we added shipping insurance, which WAS marked as "arrived" on the third day, so they could say that somethibg arrived in time...
Horrible service never buying from them again

If you purchased shipping insurance, any loss or damage during delivery will be fully compensated once confirmation is received from the shipping partner.
As stated in our shipping policy, our delivery terms are DAP, and according to the shipping partner’s regulations, if the package was delivered to the correct address with “leave at door” delivery, compensation cannot be provided.
If you are concerned about delivery security, please use options such as signature-required delivery or having the parcel held at a pickup location.

First Order - Mega Dream and Inferno
This was my first order in this shop - ordered Mega Dream X and Inferno X in 11.December. Arrived today 22.December.
Everything is good. Did not open Inferno X yet, but Mega Dream X were super good cards. Mega Gengar ex (m2a 240) and a lot of other goodies. Did not expect that Japan cards have very good quality and colors.
Had also gift - one AR card. As gift it was nice but wont buy it by myself, but that just my own problem. Not related with shop at all.
Anyways - good experience, will order more - cheaper than in Latvia and very great experience.
Only Fedex is confusing but thats also not related with shop.
