Insane store
Insane store! I live in France and all my japanese Pokémon tcg orders come from PokeNinJapan. Fast and reliable. Even arrives before my local card store gets the restock.
Sure I still have to pay the customs cause Japan - France, but even with that, super worth it.

Brilliant company 5star, caution there are many fake accounts impersonating Pokeninjapan on Facebook and other social media platforms, many scams to buy through Facebook or sending funds through wise. 'ALWAYS GO TO THE OFFICE WEBSITE IF PURCHASING PEOPLE'
I've used them for a couple years, many great items at great prices. delivery is always pretty fast considering the distance to the Scottish Highlands but its always packaged very well, if unsure when buying find the Discord link on the website and ask those who buy from them, you won't be disappointed, just look out for scammers using Pokeninjapans good name

Shady practices
As I placed two items in the cart I couldn't find a total including shipping and tariffs. The screen said that it will be totaled at checkout. There was no option to review the total and the site took my payment. I contacted them right away except they are not open on the weekend which was Saturday us time. Sunday us time 7:00, 9:00,10:00 twice i had used the chat pass the support time. I sent an email through PayPal. Response not until around 2:00 pm Japan time. With a Response the team rocket case is heavy we can change your order when hold order and there is 10% restocking fee. Totally ignoring the problem and still wants to charge for and issue with their site. Worst business practices and will never do business with such a company. Too respond to the stores response. My only option was to pick payments options, there was no other options. I assure you I always look at total before buying from any company. And as I said I wait a second time to talk with customer service that was supposed to available long after your 9:00 starting time and paypal is less than 3% for payment fee which is what i used. As I said before you customer service is poor and I personally will never do business with your in the future.

Regarding your comment that shipping costs could not be confirmed at checkout: when placing an order, you are required to select a shipping carrier and shipping service, so it should not be possible that both the lead time and shipping cost are unconfirmed. While a system bug is theoretically possible, we have never received such a report in the past, so it is more likely that this step was overlooked. Additionally, payment cannot be completed automatically without pressing the checkout button.
As for the cancellation fee, as stated in our policy, it is charged uniformly to customers. Of course, this fee does not apply in cases where the issue is due to an error on PokeNin’s side.
The cancellation fee is not for company profit; it is used to cover the cost of employing customer support staff who handle a large volume of order changes and processing on a daily basis. Their role is essential in resolving customer issues and mistakes, as well as alleviating concerns and losses, and this ultimately benefits our customers indirectly.

You will need to improve packaging in order to prevent damage
Just have received my order here in Sydney.
1 of 4 booster boxes damaged enough to worry about the integrity of its contents inside.
This would have been a perfect 5 out of 5 experience if it wasn't for the damage.
Packaging was decent however it seems not good enough to prevent the damage involved during the freight.
Courier was FedEx.
You will need to improve packaging in order to prevent damage.

Everything perfect, suggested to friends and colleagues the site and they were not disappointed. Fees are completely common so the bad reviews on that are plain dumb, you can calculate them beforehand. They also make flash sales, so that’s why sometimes price varies and if your are quick enough you can get crazy discounts on sealed products. 5/5
