Because pre-order items are subject to large price fluctuations and require us to secure quantities in advance, we set the cancellation fee at 20%, compared to 10% for regular items.
At PokeNinJapan, we put our full effort into securing pre-order stock so that we can deliver even one box to as many customers as possible.
As we have mentioned repeatedly via email and other communications, prices may go up or down after pre-orders open. Even if the price increases, PokeNin will not charge any additional amount. Likewise, if the price decreases, we do not issue refunds. Any gains or losses resulting from price changes after the pre-order are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
The cancellation fee is intended to act as a deterrent against cancellations triggered by price drops. In cases such as mistaken orders or other unavoidable circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. However, if all customers were allowed to cancel freely when prices fall, we would have no choice but to stop accepting pre-orders altogether.
We understand that this may be difficult to fully accept, but we kindly ask for your understanding.
