Really impressed with the service from Police Supplies. I placed an order expecting despatch the following day due to the 12pm cut-off, but as I needed things in a rush, the team went out of their way to make an exception and get it sent the same day.

Communication was quick, clear and honest, and they did everything they could to help. Claudia and the warehouse team in particular were excellent.

It’s rare to see this level of customer service and flexibility. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Was let down by another company so I ordered from this website and within an hour the were despatched. Lady on the phone confirmed delivery would be next day. Highly recommend

Avoid if you can.

Ordered an item that the website said was in stock. Waited a four days and didn’t get a dispatch email so I emailed asking if everything was ok.

Was then advised the item wasn’t actually in stock and would take approx 10 days to be produced. I then asked to cancel my order as needed it sooner. I was then emailed later that day saying item was dispatched but I had already now ordered it from elsewhere due to the new 10 days expected production date.

Was told I would not be refunded th postage costs of the item being sent to me or the cost of sending it back.

Totally unfair, we all get online stocks can show mistakes but it shouldn’t cost the customer ! Won’t be using again.

Always been reliable so far.
I have used Police supplies for boots, clothing and accessories initially as a First Responder - now ECA.
Some Ambulance-specific gear available.
Never had any problems with ordering process so far.

Amazing customer service!

I made a mistake when ordering and even though this was my own fault. I contacted to find out if anything could be done. Claudia could not have been more helpful and asked me to return the items I had ordered and had them modified and sent back out within a couple of days. I highly recommend Police Supplies.

I placed an order with police supplies, initially purchasing pouches for my stab vest. I made a mistake of missing one item off my order so I emailed police supplies to see if I could potentially add it onto my order not realising it had been dispatched and not seeing the dispatch email.

Unfortunately, they were unable to add it into my order but went above and beyond to offering to refund me the shipping fee of the order I will be placing even though they were under no obligation to do this as it was my error initially.

Ordered a new pair of Lowas, arrived quickly and we're a reasonable price. However they had what appeared to be a small manufacturing fault on the tread, boots returned and a new pair arrived in what felt like no time at all. Customer services were great, couldn't have asked for more.

Recently bought a product that said it came with a carry pouch. On receiving my order, the item was missing. I made an enquiry to the customer service team who got back to me the same day and within one day have sent the missing item out free of charge recorded delivery.

I recently ordered from Police Supplies and although there was an issue with my order initially—one of the items had a mistake and the order was cancelled—they handled the situation incredibly well. I was promptly refunded, and the problem was quickly resolved. The customer service was excellent throughout, especially Claudia Rimmer, who was amazing. She was polite, professional, and made sure everything was sorted efficiently. Once the issue was fixed, they sent the items out with next-day delivery. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters—and Police Supplies went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Quite pleased with the whole experience.
I've ordered a couple of vests and Velcro badges from them, not the first time I do that - but this time, the badges seem to not have been on stock; I received an email as soon as I'd placed the order to inform me there may be a delay in getting them. Which is not a problem at all, but what I've appreciated is the communication from them, which was constant and very clear and that made the whole experience more pleasant than if I'd just receive my order split, on different days, with no explanation.
Also, the delivery date/time was "more" exact than if I'd delivered the items to myself, which again, very appreciated as my partner and I are on very different schedules so if we have a timeframe, it helps for deliveries to actually be delivered in that timeframe, rather than "between 7AM and 9PM".
Anyway, I can't fault the products either, my friend who uses the vests is absolutely enamoured with the quality, thus making me carry them overseas for him. :D
Will definitely reorder and 100% recommend.
