Will not be using again. Ended up cancelling order due to waiting over 3 months for a product that should have been sent within a week. Bad customer service.

Faulty products, partial refund, no email response
Two of three pairs of gloves with faulty linings and stitching had to be returned. They didn't provide a full refund or refund me my p+p costs as the item was faulty as per their t&c's, or respond when I requested it. Never again. But then police supply shops often have terrible service in a variety of ways. Third police supply site I've encountered things like this. Bought from an air soft shop instead. Ridiculous.

Not a "business" I will trust again.
I ordered a few items and used the first class postage option because I am in a hurry. Went through the whole process and paid for the items and the first class delivery. I then checked my email for confirmation everything had worked only to have a small note at the bottom saying they are closed for 2 weeks for the school holidays! your supposed to be a business not a school.
I would atleast expect to be told on the checkout page. So I have now paid for first class postage and have to wait atleast two weeks, and to top it off they don't provide a option to cancel.

I purchased a FARB Self-Defence Spray from this site, they dispatched it quickly after my payment and it arrived at my home in just 3 days. (using 1st class Royal Mail)
Sometimes they also have good items on sale.
