Stuart Thomas, the only thing that disappoints me is I can only award you five stars, you deserve more.
You sir are a Legend, you listen, you answer directly and informatively and you have a relaxing telephone manner which put me at ease immediately. You bettered a competitive price whilst making me feel like more than just a caller on the line. Thank you Stuart, I believe management should treat you to a pizza. Oh and the other staff are good too… don’t want them forgotten about.

Great service when most needed.
I had to make a claim after 22 years claim free and I must say, I was very impressed with the whole process. The claims team just took over and sort out everything. I had a loan car for a couple of weeks while my car was being repaired. The car came back as if brand new, fully cleaned and valeted. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
