I would like to sincerely thank the customer service team for their help with transferring my insurance from my old car to my new one. I spoke with two lovely ladies – unfortunately I don’t remember their names, which I truly regret – and both of them were incredibly kind, patient and professional.
Administrative and insurance matters are not my strongest side, but I was guided step by step in a very clear and respectful way. All the information was explained to me calmly and understandably, with great care and courtesy. Nowadays such genuine kindness and respect are rare, and I appreciate it very much.
The conversations took place while I was driving and sometimes I was losing signal, yet both ladies remained extremely patient and understanding. Thanks to them the whole process was completely stress-free. I am very satisfied with the service and truly grateful for their help.

Good site

Top of the top since 2009 👌
We are their customers since 2009, car, life and home insurance is always with them. Our family and friends are also with them.
We had a little bit of issues on a day of purchase our latest car (this month) and Ms. Joanna Grzybowska was a lifesaver on the day. There is many other names on the list during those years and it's a top service. When I had an accident, they were with me on every single step ready to help. Nothing to complain about.
