The whole process takes too long
The whole process takes too long. Too much tiresome chatter. In the dealership, the people next to me laughed, asking if I was insuring a space shuttle or a car. If you want to gain customers, you need to ensure speedy service and less promotional chatter – SHORT AND TO THE POINT, and I wasted over an hour. Im not happy that.

Very professional
Very professional, and focus on the details which is very important with life and critical illness insurance. I spent ovwr an hour on the phone with Joanna and I couldn't even say it. She was very helpful as some of the questions were difficult to answer. I would definitely recommend her and her professionalism.
