Cheaters! Wont honor warranty.
You can tell a company is bad when they dont provide a phone number for customer service. Cowards that they are, here is the story:
Original decoder unit that I had purchased almost a year ago went bad, so I sent it in under their 1 year warranty period. They sent me back a used unit instead of a new one, and it had its own set of problems, so I raised another ticket. They started giving me the run around despite me doing the tests that were requested. They eventually pointed the issue to be my internet connection as the reason for the device being defective, despite not having anything to do with the device itself. When I disputed this claim pointing out to the fact that the older device worked fine over my current connection, they proceeded to IP ban me from the website even though I still had and active service with them.
Please do not reward bad businesses like these. There is a better option, and they actually have a customer service number. This guy(s) cheat and get away with it, they dont care.
