I got in touch with Elliot online he was super helpful. And promptly arranged a video call. After this I paid a deposit to secure the watch due to travel I needed a month before I could pick the watch up. Again Pomerance were very accommodating. The actual purchase experience was very pleasant as well, my only suggestion to improve would be to have a bottle of Verve clicquot ready to go.

I have already recommended them to several friends and will definitely look to buy from them again.

I have just purchased a pre owned Cartier from these people and could not have found them more helpful and informative, including holding it on 'Reserve' whilst I considered the expense and promising a return if not satisfied. Once tried on of course, such a beautiful time-piece was never going to be taken off...! It also represents fantastic value given the saving against a new model.
