I have now bought two watches from (Stephen) at Pomerance. Apart from being a font of knowledge on watches I found Stephen to be very approachable and genuine with his advice.

Outstanding experience from start to finish

I had a genuinely fantastic experience with Pomerance Boutique and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I dealt mainly with Elliot, with Steve also involved, and both were a pleasure to work with. Elliot in particular was superb — incredibly knowledgeable, completely transparent at every stage, and never pushy. I felt properly listened to, well advised, and totally comfortable throughout the process, which matters a lot when you’re making a significant purchase.

Everything was handled with professionalism, clarity and warmth. Questions were welcomed, options were discussed honestly, and there was never any pressure — just great guidance and expertise.

The boutique itself is also worth a mention: located on the 37th floor of One Canada Square, it made the whole experience feel special without being intimidating. A very cool setting, and a fitting place to buy a watch like this.

All in all, a brilliant experience from people who clearly care about what they do and about their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pomerance Boutique and will absolutely be back in the future.
