I was a somewhat cautious customer, having previously had a bad experience with a Rolex I'd bought from another dealer some years ago. Stephen was incredibly patient, giving options and advice until I felt completely comfortable. No pressure at all. When I closed the transaction, he kept me up to date, even offering to size the bracelet for me, and I received the watch the next day. Everything was exactly as described and I'm one delighted customer.

Stephen was the most amazing help from start to finish in our engagement ring experience! We had the opportunity to discuss different ideas we had for what we wanted, and he took the time to explore them with us. I had spoken to numerous other watch Dealer all of which seem to be uncaring and just be focused on the watch as a commodity I’m looking at it very much as a transaction only.
