Elliot was fantastic, the watch was really beautiful.
I researched for a year to find the right place to buy my watch, I am someone who reads reviews and does due diligence when spending a lot on a watch, I can say this was a really positive experience. Elliot replied the same day, he took the time to talk me through the watch, he made the whole experience fantastic. The watch was great and recently came back from a Rolex service with no issues, so pleased with it.
I will be buying from here again and I have already recommended them to friends.

Elliot and the team here were extremely helpful and patient during our buying process. We were looking for a specific watch and year and we did not fully understand how Rolex manufacturing years and card years worked. This I am sure made us a bit of a nightmare to work with but they were excellent at communicating how things worked so we fully understood and could make the right decision. The watch is a great piece and comes with all the bits we wanted and even a bonus receipt from the original purchase. I will contact them next time I am looking for a new watch. I purchased a Rolex 16600 sea dweller, and from the get-go, the service was top-notch, pristine and professional. There was no such thing as a silly question and the watch was exactly as described. I dealt with Elliott, who was responsive at all times of the day, regardless of being at work or not, and his professional integrity didn’t diminish at any time. The customer service is all about the customer with this boutique.The prices are on point as well and he had exactly what I wanted and was a pleasure to do business with. I 100% recommend.

Everything was excellent. From my first enquiry, all the WhatsApps & Emails were responded to quickly, I was offered a very fair price for my Rolex Coke, and the price of the B-Metal GMT II was good as well, so a good deal was done.

Elliott arranged for collection of my watch the next day, and once he'd checked it was as I described it, my new watch was posted same day and arrived the next.

The watch I bought was exactly as described too, and is superb.

All in all excellent, and I will be back for a Sea Dweller James Cameron in December.
