Must take time out and write a review following my experience with pomeranceboutique.co.uk. Purchased a 50th Anniversary 2018 Mk1 Rolex Sea Dweller. As soon as I had spoken to Elliot over the phone I instantly felt comfortable dealing direct and not through a online marketplace where I had initially found the watch I had been looking for. 100% safe transaction and great communication pre and post sale. Only one issue......my wife now wants a watch 😀. Back soon.

After weeks of stalking the internet to find a watch to purchase I found a 2018 Omega Planet Ocean in stock at Pomerance, I contacted them via WhatsApp to arrange a viewing and they were very helpful arranging a viewing at their Canary Wharf office the next day, the office was easy to get to and had quite a view! The watch was even better than described, perfect condition, very fair pricing, Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful, the transaction was completed very quickly and the service in general was excellent, overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back to Pomerance for another watch when the time arises!

I don't leave reviews often, I actually never do. This time, however, I feel obliged to do one. The whole experience with Stephen has been outstanding, not only from the "monetary" point of view, as he gave me a very good valuation of my watch in exchange for his. He has kept me up to date with the whole process, sent me videos, pictures, just about anything I asked. The watch he sold me was in magnificent if not exceptional conditions. A truly remarkable experience. Hopefully we will make more deals in the future.

Bought a Rolex Deepsea from Pomerance Boutique (and visited their premises in Canary Wharf). Lovely watch and a very straightforward and pleasant experience dealing with Stephen and Elliot.

I purchased a Rolex from Elliot many years ago and remembered the excellent service I was afforded, I was therefore delighted when I found the watch I had been searching for on the Pomerance Boutique website. A couple of emails and a Part Exchange was agreed which was completed by post due to the distance involved. Completing a high value transaction in this manner can be quite daunting but the whole process was very slick.
When Elliot received the watch I was part exchanging, he realised the leather strap on the watch I was purchasing would be too small for my wrists and duly went into London to purchase a larger strap from Rolex and fitted it prior to sending it to me. It's that kind of honesty and service that I find quite rare these days.
As read in other reviews, Elliot most certainly goes the extra mile. You are certainly in safe hands with Pomerance Boutique. Thanks Elliot.
