My first time purchasing a watch without actually seeing the piece in my hand. Contacted Elliot after seeing the item on his eBay Selling page the evening before, had a reply first thing thr following morning.
Must of asked at least ten questions and immediately had a reply each time to what I asked.
Anyway, we agreed price and the item is in my hand the next day as described.
Completely as described and perfect.

Pomerance is by far the best experience from a retailer that I have experienced. We first class knowledge of all products and prices all in a very relaxed, comfortable and safe environment of there secure office in Canary Wharf. Thanks to both Elliott and Steve for there excellent customer service with a no pressure selling philosophy. As I live in Tenerife and this was my first pre owned Rolex purchase, I felt a little wary buying online from a dealer in UK. I shouldn’t have worried!
