Worst solicitors in the UK. Please do yourself a favour and find another solicitor in your area. You have been warned. Poole Alcock will bully you into what they want, not what you want. They are there to make as much money out of you as they can. They do not listen to what you have to say. They are not very professional and have the worst customer service ever.
