I used Poole Alcock conveyancing services at the beginning of this year and cannot recommend them enough. They were diligent, thorough and efficient throughout, and made what is an incredibly stressful process as smooth-sailing as possible. I had extremely little experience in buying/selling houses, but they guided me through every step and made sure that I always understood what was happening and what was required. I felt in very safe hands through it all!

A bit slow, taking six months to complete. If there was an issue with the sellers, I should have been informed earlier and through the process. Six months to complete was too long. And like a queue, I had committed and then saw investment in my time.

Don’t trust this firm! They trying repeatedly send you some emails which you never asked for and after that sending long bills to charge you for each email they sent you +VAT!!!! This is called proper scam and fraud! They have charged me £462 extra for nothing!!!
I have complained to the relative department but after a while and today I received a letter from them to either pay the money that I don’t deserve to pay or they will pass me to the dept collector and the court!!!
Yes Poole Alcock Solicitors could do legal action against a man who loosed whatever he had in his life and is living difficult to pay his bills and the food in most difficult circumstances of his life!!!
I believe that is just legal scam under cover a solicitor’s firm because they are professional lawyers and know how to suck the blood of poor people who trusted them!!!
Please don’t trust Poole Alcock Solicitors for your mental and financial sake!!!
