Initially a mistake not dispatching order, but as soon as raised with team, order was dispatched and delivered by next day. Anyone can make a mistake, its how it is dealt with, and in this case it was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with an apology.

Received a faulty machine. Sent replacement parts quickly but this did not solve problem. They then arranged collection and subsequently replacement. Service was very professional; quick and polite. What more could you ask.

The item arrived as planned and packed securely.
Web page a bit misleading when it says most machines sent post free but the Proxxon lathe was charged at £10. which brought the price up to the same level as other advertisers.

Brilliant service, having enquired directly about the availability of a log splitter it was then delivered in prompt time. Other companies should strive for this instead of professing to have things in stock and it actually still being in a factory in china.

The only glitch I would say would be the delivery tracking, some for-warning from the courier the day before delivery would be handy to ensure someone is available to receive goods.

The SIP 7 ton log splitter has performed very well, having split over 40 cubic meters of firewood since purchase.

The machine arrived with damaged packaging. Box had obviously been dropped somewhere during delivery (not at home as watched courier unload).
Despite contacting Poolewood, absolutely no response at all.

Excellent, friendly service. Living in the back of beyond, problems with deliveries are not unknown. Poolewood's service was excellent; despite a bank holiday weekend the unit arrived within 4 working days. I will definitely use this company again.
