Ordered a pool robot and water management device. Neither work right. Tried to contact chat, no help, tried to call, no help. Reached out to try to get a refund and they delay and delay. When they finally respond the first time, they want me to cover shipping on their bad products. Then after I email multiple more times, they try to tell me its been other 30 days, in which it has not, and there is nothing they can do. Its been a complete joke.
