I made an order on May 9th for a pool to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I called today, June 3rd, over 3 weeks after the order, and was told it was on 6-8 weeks backorder. I received no email or call to let me know this information. Had I known it would be late July before delivery I would not have ordered from Pool Supply. Of course all other websites are sold out now.

Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
Will steal your money with online orders and will not ship products nor issue refunds when items are unavailable. As of 5/27/2020 they have disconnected their customer service lines and will not take or return calls for those who have delivery issues or for those wishing to cancel orders etc. I ordered two sets of pool steps ($411 worth) on April 29, 2020. Today is May 27, 2020... no steps, no order updates, no refund and no calls returned. Stay away and buy elsewhere.
I Ordered Wrong Part......
I ordered a $600 Pentair filter from PSW because they had the best price around. When it was delivered my pool guy said that I had ordered too small of a filter and it would not last long. So I tried contacting PSW to see what I could do to rectify the situation but could not make contact. Grated this was a few weeks ago into full blown Rona-time. That brought me to this review board and after reading reviews thought this would not end well. Well here is what happened.
FInally got in touch with PSW (Adam) He spoke with me and I explained the situation that I had ordered to wrong equipment. And that I was looking to exchange it for a larger one. He told me he could get with a PM and see what could be done. I received a follow up call from Adam who placed my original filter into their return system and let me order a different filter. He explained that there could be some cost on my end but he would not know exactly until they received the original filter back. Finally got an email from Kara a few days later with a FedEx label to ship the original filter back. The new filter came in in 4 days and the old one left out the next day FEDEx. Now today I have received my refund to my credit card about 3 weeks later. The only cost incurred was $15 restocking fee. But hey, I ordered the wrong part so that is justified.
So thank you to Kenneth, Adam and Kara for the great service.

DO NOT order from this company! Horrible customer service and communication. They put my email address in wrong (yes it was correct in my profile) and cancelled one of my orders because email didn't go through for confirmation! Did I know they had put it in wrong??? Why no! Then, customer service tells me it was probably a clerical error. Well, I waited 2 weeks on a clerical error! WILL NOT ever order from them again! They had a phone number and could have called me when email was returned to them. I also called 2 minutes after they opened and I had a wait time of 28 minutes to speak with someone.

I ordered a pool pad that I never recieved. They charged my card but never shipped the item. I am still waiting on the refund to my card that I was told on the phone, I would be receiving. She told me they canceled my order because my address couldn't be be verified. I recieve package at the same address all the time. I wouldn't order from this company again if my life depended on it.

This company deserves ZERO stars. We ordered an Inter Fab 6’ Baja jump board I. Tan on 4/24/2020, well here we are on 5/22/2020, with no board. As everyone else stated, no emails are answered no phone calls, as they hang up. If you’re lucky enough to get someone they put in a tracking request to the warehouse,and those emails never get answered even though they say give them 72 hours. Today I was lucky enough to get someone and asked where are order was, I said you took $582.09 out of our account on 4/24 and it’s been 28 days and no other information has to when we will be receiving our board. The man was rude and said well it has to come from the manufacturer. I said forget this and I want to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold only to come back and say that all 4 were unable to take a call and that one was going into training and when she was done she will call us back. We then researched who the manufacturer was and called them. Only to find out this product was discontinued on 12/31/2019!!! We have filed a complaint with the FTC, as well as the BBB. Do NOT purchase from them. If we do not get our refund, we will be calling a lawyer. We are still thinking of notifying the local news stations as well, since we are in AZ as well.

I am realizing that I got ripped off my $800 for a pool heater. I ordered it for health reasons. Need to exercise. Gyms are closed for covid, so this was a last resort with money that I really can't afford to be spending. Now I see that everyone else is getting ripped off too. Someone needs to call Gephart and do a televised investigation of them. We should all be contacting the authorities in the state they are licensed in. This is illegal activity, stealing from people. They need to be shut down and arrested!!!

Contacted them via live chat last week since you can't reach them by phone because they hang up on you, and the representative stated that it would be shipped this week. Well still haven't heard anything about my order and now I can't reach them by phone nor live chat since they hang up or the are " no representatives available at this time". I wouldn't be annoyed if they hadnt charged my credit card already! Safe to assume that they are probably filling for bankruptcy since they have ZERO customer service availbility.

I’m sad to be giving a bad review but we are completely shocked with how we are being treated by this company. We ordered a pool and paid for it. Ten days later we were told the pool was out of stock. This is after we already hired someone to level the ground and put up a fence. This company then only sent a PARTIAL refund. They will not return our emails and have apparently disconnected the phone. We have no idea how to get our money back.😞I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. On May 4th I placed an order with this company for a pool liner. Later that day we changed our minds and I sent an email to their customer service as I could not reach them by phone. After a couple of days I sent another email as I had heard nothing back. I tried several times to call them but they never answer their phone. I tried CHAT on the 8th and finally after an hours wait spoke with a representative that said she could request the warehouse to cancel the order but could not refund the money until the warehouse confirmed the request. I waited for several more days and on the 14th I sent a third email and again tried chat but the representative this time could not help me as a request had already been submitted. I have heard nothing back from this company and have received no cancellation notice. They
have an "F" rating on the BBB just make sure you are looking at the Arizona profile. Not sure if other reviews are fake or what seems like a lot to be fake but look at the recent reviews over the past few months and save your money. They are taking orders but not delivering them!!

I called and emailed for days and got no response. Also I ordered a spa pump which they took my money immediately but 16 days later I had not received my pump. After 2 more hours on hold and several emails I finally was able to talk to someone who told me after 16 days of waiting that the pump was out of stock! Absolutely the worst costomer service Ive ever dealt with! I own a spa business and had lost a sale waiting on my parts or even an answer back from these people. I dont know how theyre able to even do business. I was one call away from reporting them for theft. Avoid this place if you can by any means!!

Two stars as PART of the order was received. Here's what happened - I ordered chlorine tabs and a pool cover. Tabs came, cover did not. Waited a few days. Nothing. Called and waited on hold for over an hour. Finally got a clueless lady on the phone. She did follow up with an email asking for 72 hours to solve problem. They didn't respond in 72 hours. I sent an email after the fourth business day to follow up and they still haven't replied. Tried calling again and waited for 30 minutes before deciding that I won't wait another hour + to speak to these fools. Attempted one more email and "chat" contact. They never replied. I Disputed charge with CC company. Will never do business with them again. You should think twice about it as well.

worst company I've ever delt with. No confirmation email. Multiple attempts to get ahold of someone. Phone will just hang up if you select asking about an order. Wait an hour if you select to buy something. Finally get ahold of someone and they say someone will get in touch with you in a couple day via email. and also get an email that I asked about tracking. A week later.... Nothing. Can't talk to anyone on the phone, no one replies to emails. I was just taken, Meanwhile My pool is turning green because I trusted old reviews...

I ordered a Pentair Intellichlor IC 40. It was delivered on time, although there was a small amount of damage to each set of threads. This did not occur in the shipping process, no damage to the box. I came to this website and got very scared when I saw the customer service reviews. I did have a little bit of trouble getting through to customer service so I tried the sales department and a polite helpful man processed my return request (he could of transferred my call, but he made the extra effort to help me). Within hours I got a return authorization email with a FedEx label. I’ve mailed the unit back and I’m sure they will follow through with the exchange.
Update: my damaged item was received by Pool Supply World twelve days ago, I still don’t have my replacement. I would avoid this company, and use a local pool supply company.

Warranty for a salt generator t15 failed customer service gave me the 24hrs thing as in other posts. Called back 3 times same answer. Do I purchase from another company or wait. I'll have go local before pool turns green...I'm out of shock
