I wasn’t sure about this place but My husband said they seemed good so we ordered a pool from them. A couple days later he got a conformation email, and we were then suspiciously sent a “free” pool cleaner. I used quotes because if I can’t get my $800 refund for the pool I ordered and I never get the pool we ordered than we basically payed $800 for some dumb pool cleaner we didn’t want and we don’t even have a pool to clean. Anyway emailed them two days ago expressing my concerns and attached my info and order number, literally couldn’t have made it any easier for them. Still no reply. I’ve called them numerous people times, the first time wasn’t even their company that answered it was a list of spam services. Me and my husband continue to call and cannot get through with ANYONE! I’m not going to give up but at this point we’re just going to have to come to terms with the fact that we were robbed of $800 from a fugasi bulls$&t company. They don’t even deserve one star at this point. I’d give them negative stars if I could. Robbery of money time at this point. And from what I’ve read recently we’re not the only ones and that’s what’s really upsetting.

Ordered a sand pump on 4/3.Product hasn’t shipped no update on even if it well I’ve tried calling no one answers the phone I’ve tried emailing no one emails that I’ve tried chatting doesn’t even connect you to a chat. This is a scam do not order from them shame on this company for taking money from innocent hard-working people? I want my money back!

Same as others here. I ordered a pool on the 25th of April. They have since disconnected their phone line and they don't reply to emails. Ridiculous, just say you don't have it and give my money back. The kicker is that they had this "free gift" that they sent right away so it makes it look like they did ship part of your order.

I purchased a salt cell and it failed well within the warrantee period. I called and emailed them and got through. They were indecisive of what they were going to do and kept stringing me on ond on. The warrantee said "Two Year Full Replacement Warrantee" I have never received any communication from them after my first getting through. They keep saying they will call...What can I say.. I will remove this reveiw after they replace my salt cell.

Horrible place! Received the wrong pool pump twice! Buyers Beware! Go somewhere else!

I ordered a pool on April 27th. Received the free vacuum yesterday pool has not shipped! Tried calling 1-800-772-0467 which is the number listed on their site. It is not pool supply world! Tried to get through chat won't even connect. No response to email.
This company is a scam! They have almost $1000 of my money either refund money and do an rma for the vacuum or deliver my pool!

I’ve ordered from them several times in the past and have not had an issue. Competitive prices which is why I went back to them. I ordered from them again this year and was charged and never received the item. I’ve emailed several times, waited on hold for over an hour in their chat area. I’ve called and get disconnected each time. I would have given 1 star if I had not had the successful orders in the past. However, I will never order from them again.
5/9/20 update - it’s been nearly a month and still no item nor reply to several emails and calls. I have disputed the charge with my bank and I would recommend the same for those who have also been charged. I’ve also submitted a review on Better Business Bureau which I also recommend.

We ordered a pool on April 27th, received an order confirmation and they took payment. When we hadn't had any shipping information after three days we reached out for an update and got an automated reply stating they would respond in 72 hours. So May 4th I sat on the computer for 2 1/2 hours waiting to talk to someone on their live chat to be told they had made an error, the pool I had ordered was out of stock and they would return my $1000 in 5-7 business days! So a week after I made the order nobody had contacted us to tell us they didn't even have the item and no I have to wait a further week to get my money back! Its eight business days since I was told I would receive a refund, spent an hour on their online chat waiting to talk to someone to be told they hadn't processed the refund as they had to confirm my item hadn't shipped!!! They cancelled the order so how the heck could it have shipped!!! 😯 I am absolutely disgusted and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!I will NEVER do business with this firm again!

This place is a SCAM! DO NOT Order from Then. They take your money and do not ship anything! They do not reply to emails and disconnect the call if you try to call them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF NEVER RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. THE RMA DEPARTMENT NEVER GETS BACK WITH CUSTOMER AND THEY CHARGE YOU BUT DO NOT SHIP YOU YOUR PRODUCT.

Lousy customer service, won't respond to messages, will not give me information about an order that has already been charged to my credit card! When I tried calling at three different times today, I was hung up on before reaching customer service! Their motto, "Pool Supplies Fast," is a joke.

terrible... after ordering, waited a few days and no update... so email and phone calls receive no response.... finally waited 30min w/ online chat and finally connected. the product was order 5 days ago, and still not shipped and don't know when they will shipped

Ordered a booster pump for older pool the next day I called to cancel order as we decided to replace complete pump package. They would not cancel pump arrived and I called to return unopened package was on hold for 1 hour finally talked to person she said she would forward request to return department I would hear within 48 hours and I could be charged restocking fee and shipping. I have not heard from them after 48 hours. I will not ever order anything from them again.

Spoke to a rep.and they decided to send me to an email which no one replied to.Its been about a week since I spoke with them,customer service also lied and charged me more for a pool I have already that they said was not in stock anymore.But yet we got the same One.Never again will I purchase from you guys.

Horrible communication and misleading information. Claimed product was in stock so I ordered it. After 4 days and two phone calls there was still zero communication, not even an order confirmation email. However, credit was charged. On the 4th day I was told that the item was not in stock and it would be a couple business days before it could ship out.
Evidently, I have become spoiled to good customer service and fast shipping. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the place.

Sent me a Hayward pool part that was not the same part as advertised on the site. They told me I could not return the part, I said I wanted to talk with a supervisor, the rep told me they were busy but would call me back. They never called back. False advertising and will never do business with Pool Supply World again. This is the first time I have ever written a review on an Ecommerce business.

terrible customer service sent me a faulty used item sold as new , was told to contact polaris did so got the unit tested at leslies pool supply and told faulty gave them the guys name and number and still no response

They sent me a wrong item then the one I purchased and paid for. When I notified them of their mistake they admitted that they had make it mistake and just said that “mistakes happen”. They refused to correct their mistake unless I paid the shipping cost and “restocking fee” to return the item back to them. Don’t spend a bunch penny with these crooks.

Great quality product, easy to order, and, excellent prompt delivery. Am contemplating another order soon.
