filter grids did not fit, and they refused to take back.
I used their site to select new grids for my Pentair filter. I received and when I try to install they where too short, and did not have the locking mechanism the Pentair has. I spent over 2 hours trying to get them to fit with no luck. boxed them all back up and I returned and they refused them saying that they had be used because they had DE from the sides of the tank on them. If they would have been usable I would have kept them! but they where unusable thus never used!

When I didn't receive my order originally as scheduled you acted on it immediately and were ready to send me another one. FEDEX however did not deliver on the date they had stated and it finally did come. So you did every thing required even ready to send me another one which was eventually not required. Thank You for your outstanding customer service and help. I will be shopping with you again.
