I ordered some moon knight funko pop,and they all came in great condition.I will definitely order from them again.

Do not buy from them! We ordered some 2 lots of items from their shop and they said they’ll send them both together. 1 turned up and we never received the other one. The item still says processing in their factory but they refused to give a refund and sent an email back to us basically gaslighting us saying it was sent and even though in the system it said it hadnt. How could you treat loyal customers like this?

my experience with popcultcha was really good the delivery was quick and everything was in good condition and i’m kinda shocked all the reviews are so bad…

Terrible company company, pre ordered an item last April 2022 moved house in September 22 changed my delivery address then and they still send the item to my old address 2 weeks ago JAN 2023, which I have messaged them about twice, the first one was the 8th of Jan 16 days ago now and heard absolutely nothing back. So many better companies with the same products, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I’ve been ordering from Popcultcha since 2017, they’re my go-to company for a quality pop vinyl buying experience!

If you’re after super quick shipping then maybe shop somewhere else as they take a bit longer than other stores to process, pack and ship your order, but their quality control is worth it in my opinion.

Highly recommended for big orders (over $100) as the free shipping is a life-saver, not to mention creating an account with them gives you points for each order that can be used to take money off in future (which I personally find great for pokémon booster boxes or large pop orders.)

PROS:
- Reliable
- Quality packing
- Free shipping over $100
- Great rewards system

CONS:
- Shipping times not the fastest
- Prices slightly above retail, so smaller orders with shipping costs can be on the expensive side
- Preorders don’t ship as fast as other sites either

Shocking company. 8 days to START processing my order. 3 to days to process it only to find that an item in stock is no longer there. How long does it take to pick and pack stock.
Sent me a gift card for the missing stock, but told me I would have to pay shipping on anything I bought with it.
Scum company and I will never deal with them again.

My first experience with Popcultcha was great. It does take longer to ship which is understandable since they are based in Australia but they have a great selection and my package arrived in perfect condition. Just made another purchase and plan on doing more business with them in the future

It was my first time ordering and I couldn’t be happier. I assumed the shipping from Australia would take a little time, but the selection of pops on the site and the value is second to none. My order only took 2 weeks to arrive.

I had some reservations due to them being based in Australia, but I will 100% be ordering again.

I live in the U.K. and have placed over 30 separate orders with Popcultcha Australia.
Popcultcha have been absolutely outstanding in every aspect of every order I have placed with them.
Popcultcha’s customer service is second to none and on the odd occasion there has been any issues Popcultcha has quickly resolved it.
Taking into account I’m in the U.K. and Popcultcha are in Australia their customer service response time is excellent by email.
I have once felt the need to speak to them urgently and I simply phoned their customer service team and again the service was impeccable.
Allaying my greatest fear of having Funko Pops sent from the other side of the world the cardboard boxes used by Popcultcha are the sturdiest I have ever encountered.
I would highly recommend using Popcultcha to anyone, all that is needed is a small amount of patience as the orders are coming from the other side of the world and good manners should you need to contact them for any reason.

Absolutely spot on. Seen a lot of negative views on here, but i had no issues at all. It's coming from Australia to the uk so of course it will take a bit of time. Everything came undamaged order 3 normal sized funko and a massive one Dino Dragonzord (MMPW) Thank you Popcultcha

Terrible shipping times and no way to track. Items ordered 9th Dec are still MIA.

Don't order if you need in a reasonable timeframe

Terrible service! Purchased on 3 December not packed and collected for delivery until the 15 December. Tracking shows no update from collection point. Can only assume it’s still sitting at the collection point. I will have some very disappointed children at Christmas given that it’s Christmas Eve and I don’t have the package.

I have had so many problems with them, I almost want to suspect it's mostly done on purpose. Where to begin?? I'll just go byy latest experience. First I asked for 2 of my items on an order of 4 items to be cancelled. They cancelled the whole order. Secondly the 2 remaining items were part of a set of 3 items across separate orders. They then sent them individually, to my old address, despite many emails and reassurances they were fixed, which is an hour trip to go pick up. I'm actually lost for words and even more surprised I put up with them for this long. Every odmrder is something new to go wrong.

Listed as in stock but took over 6 weeks to arrive (within Australia) so clearly not stocking and ordering from a supplier. Customer support non existent. Then package is damaged on arrival which is one thing but a note on the damaged game says “listed as damaged packaging OK to send” which is just a blatant lie. There was nothing in the listing nor was it on sale. Clearly ordered it from overseas and it arrived damaged so they just tried to pull a swift one. Still no contact.

Ordered 19th Nov, wasnt processed until 7th Dec. Item was out of stock, no attempt at contact just sent a gift card to the value, and didnt offer free freight on the replacement.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a pop for my son for Xmas (back in October) and it still hasn’t arrived by mid December. No reply to multiple emails. I rang them and they said it’s been sent then sent me a tracking number which when tracked says it hasn’t been scanned. They are useless, do not buy from them!! I’m going to have a very disappointed child gone Xmas :(
