Fantastic Experience for Years
I've made multiple purchases from Taiwan over the years and have always experienced excellent service. This is my go to place for rare sold out collectibles at fantastic prices. Shipping prices are extremely good and they pack and ship out orders professionally. Highly recommend and will continue to support.
Seamless Process
I pre-ordered a Funko from Pop Cultcha and I was notified when the product was shipped, and again when it landed in Canada and again when it was delivered. The product arrived in great condition and ended up being $9 cheaper than a store near me had it priced at - despite the shipping cost!

Stars! No customer service at all! All
Is fine until one item arrived with damage and answer was: we don’t care you upset, we don’t care you spent thousands with us. “Minor issues” not our problem. Had to cancel my last order purely because of the attitude. Not buying from them at all. Why I spend my money on shop who 100% don’t care about customers!
Very slowwwwwww processing !
Very slowwwwwww processing !! It has been 4 working days since paid full amount and item still not being processed or shipped..nor tracking nor any updates.
They stole my money when I had to…
They stole my money when I had to cancel an order and have had to turn to legal avenues to chase them for what I am owed
Refunds are store credit only
Pre-orders can only be refunded with store credit, that’s crazy… I’ve been using popcultcha for years and I had no idea, this is a terrible way to do business. Even other websites with awful reputations let you have a full refund for pre-orders that haven’t been shipped yet…
Absolutely abysmal hostile scam artists
Absolutely abysmal. They have ZERO customer support, they don’t allow honest reviews, they have fraudulent item listings and then they lie to your face, openly insult you, and try to gaslight you into it being your fault. I’m reporting them to every agency I can, I wish I’d known never to buy from them.
Advertising misleading prices.
Check the cost of a nerf gun for my son and it was advertised all over the net for $25.85. However, when I click through it will only sell to me for the full price of $39.99. When I contacted customer service he told me that “whatever is on their website is the correct price”. Told the guy that (by law) he can’t advertise at a cheaper price as it’s misleading. He then tried to tell me it was a USD price but it wasn’t. He then told me to submit a report to ACL and that he’s not going to help me anymore and I have to be happy with that outcome. Definitely wouldn’t purchase through them based on this level of customer service. They are running ads through Google at cheaper prices but won’t honour them at checkout. Super dodgy.
Misleading and poor customer service/Breach of personal privacy
Everything is OK until something bad happens, no support, no help.
This is part of the report I filled with the ACCC:
1. Misleading and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with the company, and the experience has been frustrating and inconsistent:
The company sent me the wrong item, then told me I could keep it.
Later, they reversed their position, saying I must return it or they would withhold my actual order (valued at only $33).
I received conflicting information from customer service over the phone on multiple occasions.
The overall handling of the issue has been extremely poor and unclear.
2. Breach of Personal Privacy
My full personal information (name, address, email, and phone number) was sent to another customer in a parcel.
This individual then contacted me directly via email after receiving my details.
This is a serious privacy breach and raises concerns about how the business is handling customer data.
Also in the end there's no real interest in keeping the costumer happy. They just dont care. After a chain of mistakes they still behave the same way. No discount offered, no extra voucher. nothing at all.
Never again, I'm out.
I ordered a luka dončić slam magazine…
I ordered a luka dončić slam magazine cover pop vinyl, it was limited edition and the actual funko was delivered tilted! this may not seem like much, but you cannot move it. as i suspect there is a hole drilled into the back of it’s head, making it impossible to make straight. i messaged them about this 2 weeks ago and they haven’t replied!! do not order from here.
One Piece - Bartholomew Kuma Pop! Vinyl Figure (2025 Wondrous Convention Exclusive) (Popcultcha Exclusive)
I recently bought the One Piece - Bartholomew Kuma Pop! Vinyl Figure (2025 Wondrous Convention Exclusive) (Popcultcha Exclusive) from Popcultcha, and the whole experience was fantastic. The product was exactly as described, the checkout process was quick and easy, and the pricing was very fair for such a limited edition collectible. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition—no damage at all. I've been a Popcultcha customer for years, and they continue to deliver top-notch service. Highly recommended!
I made 2 orders with this company…
I made 2 orders with this company paying for 2 different types of shipping. I made sure both orders were under the uk customs charge only for the company to combine my orders and now I’ve been hit with a very high custom charge, which makes buying from them more expensive than buying in the uk! Emailed them to ask if they can send separate like I paid for, they never responded and sent my order anyway.
Used to be great but with new owner…
Used to be great but with new owner it’s gone down hill. Twice now I’ve ordered Terrifier pops from here that arrived terribly packed, damaged and ripped boxes and BOTH times they say they’re sorry and offer 5aud to use with them! On a large order, they really are shady and don’t reply for ages, they really don’t care about collectors receiving their item in good condition
Lacklustre customer services
Terrible customer service, takes repeated e-mails to get any sense out of them, and they do stupid stuff like not ship an item I pre-ordered until I'd bought something else then they shipped it - which could have cost me a lot in customs import duty charges. Asking them where my item was got no where despite it being in stock for weeks, they just can't be bothered.
Also if you have any questions about stock or restocking they just don't want to know they refuse to pass on any suggestions or requests at all - when they are making a mistake and the prices are randomly off at times too a product in the same wave might be a completely different price for no reason, Also why are they even selling Handbags - is that really inside the remit of their customer base. They give me the same bad vibes as a Videogame community Manager except they are not even bright enough to lie to you. They customer service is a darn chore. They also don't use packing materials in their boxes so any impact damage in transit ruins your stuff. If there was a better alternative use that instead.
I've bought more than just a couple of…
I’ve purchased several Hot Toys and even a few Funko Pops from this site, and I’ve been really impressed. The way they package Hot Toys is top-notch-literally a 10/10. The figures are so well-protected with bubble wrap, which is reassuring, especially given the high prices I’m paying.
As for customer service, they’re pretty responsive, usually getting back to me within a day or two. (Sometimes 3 if they're busy)
When it comes to pricing, they’re quite competitive, especially for pre-orders. They tend to offer better prices than both local and international stores.
One thing to note, though, is the wait times. Since they seem to rely on a distributor. (Probably Sideshow). They’re often one of the last to receive stock. So while the figure might already be out in other stores, they’ll usually get it 2 to 3 months later. If you’re okay with waiting, though, the price more than makes up for it.
A major bonus is their pre-order cancellation policy. Unlike most (If not all) stores in Australia, Popcultcha lets you cancel pre-orders that haven’t shipped yet and receive store credit. This is way better than the non-refundable deposits other stores require, making the whole experience even more convenient.
Price - 5/5
Customer service - 4/5
Pre-order methods - 5/5 (Compared to local stores in Australia)
Wait times - 2/5
Shopped with pop culture for so long…
Shopped with pop culture for years they are amazing fast and awesome customer service
Great!
So, I had a nightmare with this company over Christmas sending me the wrong item and therefore unable to give it as a present.
HOWEVER! Their customer service was great and they sent me out my actual item for free with express shipping.
I have ordered from popcultcha many times over the years and I’ve never had a real issue until Christmas, but I’m grateful they went above and beyond for me as I’m from the UK.
Favourite store for Funkos, Living Dead Dolls, etc
Favourite store for Funkos, action figures, Living Dead Dolls.
I've been shopping with them for several years now. Always my first stop when I'm hunting for something. 💗
Ridiculous packaging on every order…
Ridiculous packaging on every order that I do I receive damage boxes .
You never every provide a refund
Horrible customer service
Tried to log in online to check on all my pre-orders from since mid last year, that they will only cancel for store credits. Couldn't remember my password so clicked for a reset link, none received. Emailed (as per website's advice), no replies. Started a chat, no replies. Called and talked to Chris and was quickly reminded why I stopped shopping here. Very rude, and the tone and sarcasm is just awful! Why is it so hard for this company to be pleasant and polite?
An hour ago, as I'm writing this, still no emails no responses for the password reset. Well, as Chris said, all I need to do is be patient; be patient for days or weeks, i have no clue because they wouldn't care to tell you or try to come up with a solution asap.
