Long wait to order at drive thru. Chicken was overcooked, hard, dry and crusty. Asked for 4 piece classic and 4 piece spicy but received both dinners in classic. Ordered 2 strawberry pies, they were not in bag. Each time we try ends in disappointment. Poor management.

Quite delicious but basically depletes all my day's sodium in ONE meal. Also adds a ton of trans fat to my belly. Also PAY YOUR WORKERS A FAIR WAGE!

From the time I walked in the front door, there was a young man that welcomed me politely with a great attitude, he worked fast and payed attention to what I ordered, I received my order in perfect timing, my food was all fresh and tasteful, I recommend this Popeyes location, the dining area is very peaceful to sit in and eat.

Loves park location in IL... I put in an online order at 1230 for a family combo 12 piece with 2 sides .. i got there at 230 for them to tell me that my order hadnt been started ..there reasoning was because they said they were paying attention to the time smh .. waited an extra 30 mins got home just for the sides to be cold service was absolutely terrible. Asked for a manager they tell me the manager was running late and there currently wasn't one on site

Fake chicken, the chicken filllet looked like 3d printed chicken. Texture was weird, don’t eat from here

Had delivery from Glasgow the chicken was good it’s better than kfc to be honest. The gravy is lovely but in mash snd gravy you pay 3.50 approx for it’s a small scoop of mash and a tablespoon of gravy and that’s ridiculous. As an American, biscuits are supposed to be light and fluffy not diamond shaped hardtack. The sandwiches we had were good the tenders were really good. The hot wings are along the lines of kfc, nothing special. The value for money is not there. It’s way over priced for what you get. You order a sandwich that you think is a meal for like £12 and then have to pay £3-4 more for your chips. No drinks included nothing. Do better guys.

Ordered 4 piece × 2. Neither order had a beast. 2 drumsticks, wing, thigh. Tried to call. Staff would answer. Left voicemail with complaint and phone number but no call back from the manager.

The Chicken was great, the staff was friendly however i ordered on line from the Cape May Court House location and discovered that my side was fries and not what i had ordered. I ordered Cajun Rice. I live about 30 minutes away and wasn't going to go back. Lesson learned to always check the contents of your bag prior to leaving

Popeyes chicken sandwich used to be so big that it was larger than the bun. Now the bun is much smaller and you think we didn't notice. The chicken on the sandwich is half the size it used to be. And how can I get all end pieces of pickle? Way to go Popeyes, this is how you loose customers quickly.

Food tasted awful. Wouldn’t come here again. Chicken tasted like five different ideas at once and literally gave me shivers.

I had some nice coffee in the morning on my way to work, feeling energised and listening to good music on SoundCloud, only to hear the Popeyes App advert on SoundCloud several times in a row, with a man yawning when the ad starts. Such an irritating advert. It instantly kills the vibe. I never want to hear about the Popeyes App again. Now don’t event want to listen to music on SoundCloud, for that matter

I visited the Popeyes in Millington Tn and the restaurant was clean. The cashier was so helpful and the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant has changed a great deal. Thank you

Food and service is normally amazing however when I went there tonight Food was uncooked chicken was raw and gooey inside aswell as watery I told staff and they offered me more chicken which I don’t want as it was still pink inside would of liked a refund as it put me off and I couldn’t eat my food

Food is good, not complaining on that, but there are some location I’ve been to where food takes a long time to get served on the app, and then I would see people who ordered their food way after me get their food even though I’ve ordered minutes before them, hopefully something can be done to get food at certain locations faster.

If you have a mark on your past, they mess up your order. Vary bad place to be treated like your a human being 😡 the one in Lodi

Went to popeyes in st helens for first time will never gp again staff rude manager is about 12 years old waited over 1 and half for food would give it NO stars if I could they send they were under staffed people waiting to take away getting serviced before us DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE young manager didnt even know how long to get refund into your bank- drinks watered down young staff member was rude slammed cleaning stuff down when asked to speak to a manager like it was too much trouble AVOID THIS PLACE WILL STICK TO KFC PR NANDOS

Have sent a in complaint about receiving raw chicken one night on our way back from football- didn’t know till we got home! No reply on complaint and been 3 weeks now- terrible customer service!!!

I stopped in the popeyes restaurant in Cambridge, mn on Sunday 5/3 at about 4:26 pm. the service was wonderful. the young person who served the drive through window was patient and polite. The chicken was excellent! It was hot,fresh and so satisfying. Thank you for making the experieince as wonderful as the food.
