Always out of something, today nothing available except wings.last time I was here it was no breast.does it ever end?

So basically first they gave me 6 wings when I ordered 8 then the drink machine broke and I had no compensation so I wasted my money and they did nothing about it

It seems our Popeye's at Parc Trostre no longer do children on the bone!! What Fried Chicken joint doesn't do chicken on the bone...lost us as customers

6/19 I went to Popeyes on East Capitol and had the best customer service ever food was hot and fresh and they had everything size and all hot sauce honey I will be back to visit this is the best one out of all Popeyes five stars here. The manager was awesome staff was great five stars

I wish I can give them a ZERO MINUS!!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. After placing my order, I waited for 20 to 25 minutes, during which the cashier assured us that our order was coming. However, it was clear that the staff was prioritizing Uber Eats and Grub Hub orders over ours.

When we finally requested a refund due to the long wait and lack of service, the manager, Patricia, made an inappropriate comment suggesting that if we wanted faster service, we should go to Walmart. After another 5 minutes of waiting, she informed us that she would not issue a refund at all.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I left without any food or my money back. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and would not recommend this location based on my worst experience.

Service is very poor, staff don't know what they're doing. Not able to help the customers with order. Some of they are quite and the accent doesn't help at all.
Not everyone can place orders on the machines and its not fair for older people, when all orders are on line on ordering booths at the eatery places.

why have you decided to change your menu and take away the classic chicken option? It was the first time in 15 years since I moved to the UK that I had some decent fried chicken when I tried your Classic chicken, it was actually crispy like how they do it in America China Hong Kong etc, not the soggy kind KFC and other takeaway does in the UK, it was so good that I literally had it all week, however when I went on Ubereat today and tried to order it again, I notice that is missing from the menu, upon further investigation it seems you have removed it from your menu completely, needlessly to say I was totally devasted and utterly disappointed at how your management is so stupid that they took away one of the best tasting product from your line up, 0/10.

Always getting orders wrong and it seems customer service aim is to fob you off. Pictures are ignored. Allergies count for nothing. When the restaurant gets an order right it can be good. Unfortunately this is rare. Suggest eat in only so you can get problems put right there and then since customer service is absolutely useless.

I was in today, because I was really going thru some stuff, and didn’t want to cook. Well I got the nicest woman taking my order, getting it all together, and correctly, and fast gathering it all up for me. I believe her name is Missy. She works at the Monroe location in Ohio. Rarely do you even get a nice person taking your order, but she went above, and beyond. She deserves a big pat on the back

Last couple weeks Popeyes chicken has been fresh and hot big turn around

Went to Popeyes on cascade rd Atlanta ga. That place is so unprofessional and rude. I placed my order and the cashier says that she needs my receipt to fill my order I thought that was strange. So she takes the receipt and fill the order. But didn't give me back my receipt. In filing my order, she got ot wrong after telling her 2 mild thighs and got spicy. Didn't know until I got home, no receipt and wrong chicken. Went back to get my receipt and the right chicken. I spoke with the night shift manager ( didn't clearly get her name or the cashier's) ,and was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't offer any apology or give me a reprint of my receipt. That level ofunprofessioanlism is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly. As a consumer spending their hard earned money at your establishment, should not be subjugated to such unruly behavior. I wish I could rate it a minus 5.

The chicken was so dry, like sitting under lights too long. Service horrible and orders wrong all the time and price more than a nice sit down resturant and staff that do not understand english.
Will not spend my hard earned money on this place anymore

Went in the restaurant by Liverpool central station.
Visited Friday afternoon,as soon as my daughter and me walked in,and take a seat the girl on the floor came to clean our table.
She helped my little girl with the ice machine,and spoke to her in a friendly way.
Food acceptable for a fast food

The cashier was very nice and polite the food was great

It takes forever to get your food. The tables are always dirty. They won't clean the tables unless someone complains about it. The food is fair after you finally get it.

omg where have that black manger been we missed her we went tonight it went great compared to the last few visit keep her on!!

I placed an order on 6/7/2026 from my app we went through the drive through the older lady at the window opened it and shoved the bag of food through and shut the window no acknowledgment or a thank you. I opened the bag and the mashed potatoes and gravy were opened and spilled out. I went in to the restaurant and stood at the counter for a bit and the manager came up with my receipt in hand and told her what happened she just stared at me not even acknowledging me or what I just told her so I asked a refund, she finally spoke and said they can not give refunds for mobile orders. She was so rude and didn't offer to make it right. I left the food there at the restaurant without any refund. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to send a picture of my order so I could get a refund unfortunately at that time I didn't think about taking a picture, know i'm stuck with paying for something I did not receive.

Went to Popeyes plk#11444. Brooklyn Center Mn. 2:05p. Worst experience ever. Went thru drive thru ordered first meal all went fine ordered 2nd meal and was told they had no more dark meat. ???. Isn’t this a chicken restaurant? Wasn’t told they are making more nothing. Just nope don’t have any. We took the one meal n waited in drive thru 10 mins for that. By the time we got the meal they could have made the other meal. Absolutely the worst service ever.

The chicken is good but why am I having stomach ache after eating lasting for days? Unfortunately I have to stop going there from now on and it's not only one time this happen.

I ordered food for one. Because I live almost 2 hours away, i was on my way back home,only to realize that they had given me a Family Meal. Drove back to Fergus, and since i was not given a receipt for $ 40 plus dollars worth of food the y refused to give me a refund. They instead gave me more food, not what I wanted. The food itself was inedible. Im a single person in my 20s. A complete and total RIP OFF. STAY AWAY!!!
