Please please stay away from this company, their stuff is cheaply made, and runs extremely small, and they will say you can return, but I spent $35.00 to ship $200.00 worth of merchandise back to the address
They provided me on October 6, 2018 , I have inquired multiple times about my refund and yesterday I got the same shipment returned to me marked return to sender! I would give them no stars if I could!

If zero stars was an option, even that would be too high of a rating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY!!!! Complete scam. The clothes are trash quality and the return situation is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Do not be fooled by some of these high ratings- thaey are either lying or being paid to post positive comments. The photos are not the items you are buying - the quality of the clothing is the worst I’ve ever seen. The clothing is literally see through when supposed to be a thick fuzzy bear coat. We ordered 14 items and not ONE was worth keeping. And then of course couldn’t return them and get our money back. Email requests never responded to when inquiring how to return. Not sure how this company is still in business. Complain to anyone you can. They need to be shut down.

Not worth 1star . What a joke this company is I’m surprised they are allowed to trade . I made an order in October and didn’t receive it as they didn’t put the correct address I have sent about 30 emails still waiting fir a refund . They won’t refund as they haven’t received the package back . It was returned from my post office . Any other company would just send the refund due to the inconvenience caused but no ..

My coat I ordered came 3 months late (by which time it was winter and already cold!), looked nothing like the photo, and when I asked to return it, I was told I'd have to pay shipping to China (which would cost half the value of the coat in the first place!) I have emailed repeatedly to get some customer service on this issue and no one is getting back to me, it's been 6 weeks of emailing so far. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Don't be fooled by those false 5 star reviews. they review for popzora, stylew, rikkishop, popjulia and justfashionnow which are all located in china. It's ridiculous! Actually I didn't buy any product in this website, however after tracing people who left 5 star review for the site, justfashionnow where I was swindled. I found that all 5 site above are very similar to each other in the wrong way of doing business and sharing 5 star reviewers.

I bought something on 28/10/2018 but I was told that it's out of order. Chose something else and got same reply ,i.e, out of order. They told me to choose something else but till now no one has told me if my order is ok or not.
Sent several mails but no one has revert till now.

This is the worst quality I've ever seen. Nothing they sent me looks like the picture. The pictures look like good quality, but when you get the merchandise, it's horrible. It looks different and feels terrible. Very poor quality. Then when you want to return, they tell you you'll have to pay to ship back to China and will be charged fees. Don't order from this company. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Very bad quality,not at all like the adverts.Ordered 2 items very close together,returned both items never received back what I paid,(minus postage)they even took a third amount out of my bank for a item I never ordered but won’t return the money just hoped I had a nice day.Very bad company to deal with,couldn’t care a less about the customer,when you won’t to return an item they offer you a percentage of what you paid and keep the item,that’s how bad the quality is they don’t even won’t the stuff back.

Horrible clothing !! Out of 8 items ...Not one item I ordered is as pictured !!!

Shocking service and very poor quality.prior to ordering checked status of company and UK address identified. So placed order as I thought I was ordering from a UK based company. So after item hadn’t arrived in three weeks contacted them. No reply to emails or Facebook messenger. Item arrived after 6 weeks. It’s not like the picture on the ad ,it’s the worst quality I have ever seen. The company asked for feedback so I asked to returnthe item. They advised return address was in China and so return was not possible. Avoid at all costs

I purchased a dress which took over 3 weeks to arrive. On arrival it was poorly packaged and was too small - check sizing if placing an order as they do not comply with Australian standards. Returned article to sender the same day as per sender's return address on package. I was notified by email that a credit would not be forthcoming as they have several outlets in China so did not know where it came from. Funny, they were quick enough to take my payment but NO acknowledgment on return of refund. BE VERY WARY OF PLACING AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Really poor quality products. After waiting over a month for 10 items, they came in 1 or 2 at a time. I tried to cancel the items I hadn't received after I looked at the 1st 2 items I got. pants were sewn incorrectly. 1 leg was big & the other barely fit over my foot. threads & lint all over the items. I asked for a return form & was offered 12% discount if I kept. I countered w/ 25% and have not heard back after 3 email attempts. (I was going to donate all items) I also tried to cancel pieces I hadn't received & those requests were ignored. sizes ran VERY small. mostly everything was junk

Never again. Never received order confirmation, shipping info took weeks but not able to track to the point I thought my debit card info may have been compromised. Had to wait a week for a new card. Jacket finally arrived several weeks later and was poorly made.

Absolute scam! Took ages to arrive, awful quality which were unwearable . I've since returned the items at my own expense and they now refuse a refund! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wow what a scam. I ordered two jackets. They took over a month to deliver. When they did they sent one I ordered and another was a color I didn’t order. I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear bc I like my jackets baggy and they were too small...wait let me rephrase that- the lining was too small. The lining was sewn in crooked and wrong - I couldn’t even get my arm into the arm hole. I reached out to return them and they said the clothes were from China and I’d have to pay for the return and any other fee’s like customs fees. They offered me a 15% refund! For real? $7?? They said I could use that money to make alterations. So I’m supposed to change the COLOR and add new lining for $7??? This is a complete SCAM!

If I could give a ZERO, I would!
Order placed November 3rd, 2018.
I have nor received my order to date.
I have emailed numerous times and all I have received is a USPS tracking number.
Yesterday the tracking number info showed my order is currently in Houston...i live just north of Houston.
Minutes ago, I received my ONLY email reply from Popzora, thanking me for my patience and telling me my order will be sent today, and I will receive it in approximately 20 days!

I spent 70.00 for 3 items from this company. It took about 2 months to be delivered to me. When I finally received the items they were used and worn. Deformed. Wrong sizes. They were disgusting. I contacted Popzora for a refund and they responded with “sorry our refund window is only 15 days”. So it took my merchandise 2 months to get here but I cannot refund it because of their 15 day return policy. This is the biggest scam company I’ve ever seen.

Bought a jacket 2 months ago..no response from company...but they have my money...this is very frustrating...im going to start looking at reviews before I buy..

Don’t buy from this site, the order was made but the item never arrived, I have sent several emails to which they claimed it was delivered, they refuse to answer any further correspondence, I find the reviews about there excellent customer service hard to believe.
