Bait and Switch scam. Never again.

Ordered a dress first of June haven’t seen it yet 🤬 will never order from this joke outfit anymore

Poor will never buy from this store again..wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase..I would like to get this out more to the social media..that they suck..

SCAMMERS! Do not buy from this company. I ordered sizes from the chart, and got 3XXX I am a size 4 US. I will NEVER BUY FROM CHINA AGAIN. DISHONEST....and SMUG.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY--POOR QUALITY!!! Not like the photos at all. CHEAP!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
The photos are amazing and the pricing is good...but the quality is worse than I have ever encountered in a product. I guess they rely on first-time purchases only.
I bought a lot of clothes, ie. dresses, T-shirts, and a sweater for a trip that I was making to Europe. The package came weeks late so I got it when I returned from my trip. I cannot use any of it...wouldn't put that fabric next to my skin.
I have contacted them to do a return for a refund and based on the many reviews, I don't expect to get one. I may not even get a reply.
VERY DISAPPOINTED and WARN ANYONE who is considering ordering to go elsewhere.

I do wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from this company! I could literally copy and paste some of the very same reviews that I’ve been reading!!
They really should just say no returns because they do everything in their power for you not to return your items! I too was offered 15% to just keep the items and add fabric to alter them! I guess $7.50 will do that, wrong!! I followed the size chart and it is is definitely NOT ACCURATE !! These items say large but fit like a small or xsmall!! The only positive I can say is I did actually receive the proper items and they were very cute but they just were a lot smaller than what they should’ve been!!!

This is another chinese company selling products not compatible to U.S.A. sizing. ALSO THIS COMPANY USES A UNITED STATES ADDRESS AS A ADDRESS THAT THE ITEM SHIPS FROM BUT THEN THEY WANT YOU TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA. NOT the fine quality materials they claim. The fabric is the same fabric used for cheap halloween costumes. Chiffon is not chiffon. Easy return refund policy is a bigger joke!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED- ITS YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LOSS. I BOUGHT A TRIPLE XL DRESS FOR SOMEONE AS A GIFT AND I WOULDN'T INSULT THEM NOR EMBARRASS MYSELF, PRESENTING IT TO THEM as a gift.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. They make it very hard to return your item.. Cost more than the item is worth..They have the worst customer service ever. Good luck if you order from them.. I ordered a dress and it was not the dress I ordered..it would cost me more that the dress was if I returned it international fees and shipping..HATE THIS COMPANY.. My first and last order..

I wish that I had the option of negative star!! This was the worse buying experience that I have ever had. Do not waste your time or money on these scam artists! They have zero integrity and are in all probability living the high life off of the backs of unsuspecting consumers. The clothes are laughable! The fabric is the cheesiest ! the sizing was laughable. I attempted to return the dress and was told that it would be too expensive to return it and that they would try to do better next time! I can't believe that they're still in business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. It took about a month to receive my item and it was far from what was pictured. Sizing is not even close to actual American sizing. It cam with no return information!
Went to their site, clicked on THEIR returns email and it was returned to me undeliverable! This store is a scam to take your money with no intentions of accepting returns and if it were possible, you have to pay shipping costs back to China!
If I could give it no stars and a -100 stars I would.

It is unacceptable business practice what has happened to my order. Package with dress was sent with no information except return label. It arrived one week later after stated shipping. I returned package to return address and emailed company. Company said it is too expensive to return because it comes from China. They offered a 10% refund instead. Meanwhile, they cannot help with finding the package that was sent to the return address. I am out a dress and a and a refund. AWFUL company that scams you.

AWFUL! Waited over a month for my dresses. When they finally arrived the colors looked nothing like the picture. The sizing was way off! The material was terrible!

Do Not order from this company!

Terrible company. Next thing to a scam. All the positive reviews must have been posted by popzora staff. The others with 1 star have had the same experience I am having. “Fast Refund” is a joke. Pkg. sent from NJ and they tell me I need to return the clothing items (shoddy fabric and material-I’d never wear them) to CHINA! And pay the cost plus customs/fees etc! I’ve spent well over $100 for the items, but I thought because I paid through PayPal they would be reputable. Guess not! I am going to speak with my Visa credit card company, the BBB and PayPal (although Ive read u could wait over an hour to get a PayPal person on the phone) and report this deceptive practice. Don’t know who does their website as the clothes are made to

Do not buy from this website. The dress I ordered looked more like a hospital gown than a dress. When I tried to return it, I was told that I had to send it back to China at my own expense. It had been mailed to me from California. Every step of the way there are roadblocks. When the dress arrived, the paperwork said the dress was green, although I ordered navy and it was navy. Now it says that if the paperwork that was sent with item doesn't match the item exactly, they won't refund my money. We'll see how that plays out. I am also going to submit a complaint to PayPal, and if I don't get a refund, I will file with the appropriate state and federal agencies. This is a massive fraud.

I wish there were an option lower than one. This site is a scam. Order a dress over a month ago and have received ABSOLUTELY nothing with the exception of an order confirmation email! I have requested a refund twice.... still NOTHING!

I received a dress after waiting weeks and it was unsatisfactory so I returned it to the address of NewJersey and later found out their company is in China! What! I send emails informing them of my return,Tracking number,etc.only for my mail to be undelivered time and time again!Someone in NJ signed for the dress .I have been unsuccessful in communicating with this company.I will never orderi anything from a company I don’t know!!

This is the most generous use of a star ever. Very unscrupulous company. Offered me 15% refund to keep a $32 dress that looks nothing like what I ordered. I said no. Asked for the return address label; they offered 20%. I finally got the return address; if it costs me the entire $32 to return it, they are not getting the money. There’s no one I dislike enough to give this piece of junk to and I will not take part in financing piracy.

So so horrible. I ordered a dress to wear for a pinning ceremony, graduation & proposal. I ordered it almost 2 months ago & paid for 3-5 day shipping. So so disappointed. I was so excited about getting the dress. So horrible.

Bait and switch marketing with poor quality products. What you see is not what you get with this company. You will receive a product, but it will not even be close to looking like what you ordered. It is a complete scam and intentionally deceitful.

Poor quality products that take a month to arrive, not the size they say in the website despite using their size chart. When you contact them about their returns process they avoid the issue and offer a discount on ypur next order instead. The first time 15% the second time when they were contacted 20%. Eventually they sent a returns label but it had to go to China and they would deduct any extra customs costs from the refund. Well over two months later I am still waiting for a refund as apparently my parcel hasnt arrived. The say Chinise post is notoriously difficult. Things go missing. I suspect the company just take the stuff back and resell it. As another reviewer said this is modern day piracy and certainly sharp practice. Total waste of money! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
