Only Regret

This was truly the WORST online shopping experience I have EVER had! I wish I had looked into reviews more before shopping with Popzora. Not only do they false advertise, they have NO customer service skills. I needed linen clothing and I order just that, all the items I ordered where linen. I paid a stupid amount for shipping. 2 months later the clothes finally came, and only 1 out of the 9 items I ordered had ANY linen in them at all. I contacted customer service and they tell me I can either pay to have them shipped back and returned....another $29 atleast...or get 15% money back....so I am out $200 and have terrible scratchy clothes. Don't wast your money on these liers.

VERY Shady

Seems like a shady, fly-by-night operation. Never sent a tracking number. It took over a month and then the merchandise - ALL THREE ITEMS WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. STAY AWAY!!

Pozora advertises items that look great on their site but then if anything ever ships it is poor quality and barely resemble the item purchased. And shipping takes FOREVER!! - after more than a month without receiving my order - I cancelled through my credit card company.

POPZORA, that account number was my error. I transposed two digits. The CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER is PZ61379. I paid $62.00 that's including the $12.00 for expedited shipping. This was six months ago, I want a FULL REFUND. This is no fault of mine.

Five months and still no product

I ordered a dirndl from Popzora on November 1, 2019. It is now March 27, 2020 and I still haven't received it. On November 22, 2019 in an email response to my inquiry re my product, they said it would be shipped in 5-8 business days! They seem perfectly willing to cancel my order and refund my money (now that they have had the use of it for almost 5 months) but I want the dirndl. Since I ordered I have seen the same one offered on sale. How can you put an item on sale that you can't even deliver??? I think this company has very sketchy business practices.

Very disappointed

I ordered for the first time from this company. First it took a month to get the order. I was very disappointed in the quality of the items and asked for a return label. They offered a 25% refund on over a $100 purchase to have items altered. I declined the offer and they sent me a return label with an address in China. Apparently return costs are customer responsibility. Cost to return from the US is outrageous. Still have not heard from them after 6 weeks of waiting. Do not recommend doing business with them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I am so unhappy right now, and will never order from Popzora again.

The items in the advertising are totally different in real life.
I ordered over $300 worth of clothes and shoes. Some garments had strings hanging off. The quality of materials was cheap feeling and looking. The sizes were strange. It took over a month for my order to arrive. When I asked for return, they told me I could either send my package back to China on my dime or receive a %15 refund of my total order; $45 out of the $300. It is going to cost a fortune to ship an order this size to China, and I have no guarantees the package would even make it to the right place after going through customs. I can’t find any customer service numbers for Popzora. I can’t believe I fell for a scam website.

THE WORST

My wife ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they were totally different from the pictures on the ads. Asked for return and the shipping address was to China. The shipping cost is more than the cost of shoes. But I decided to ship them back. But the warehouse in China never receives the return package. No one answers the phone calls, no one is there to receive, no one admits the custom clearance of the package.
Stay away from these people. I will never order this company again.

FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO SHOP

Here was my experience....I ordered a long chiffon print dress for $34.00 ....what I received several weeks later was a shiny brushed cotton mid calf dress that was not even the pattern of the one that was pictured. This looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse since 1973. It's really unwearable for anyone but a 14 year old who is living in a 3rd world country. The return situation.....It would cost me an additional $14.00 to send it back and they would charge and additional fee. So what they will do is return 15% of what I paid which is $3.75. I strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.

BEWARE ORDERING FROM POPZORA: I would have given a 0 if that was an option. I ordered a long sleeve solid dress that I saw online in the pop up ads. I received the product (which took a few weeks to get) and was not happy with the quality or look. I emailed to them about returning and since it comes from China and I would have to pay the shipping back they emailed that I would get a 15% credit instead. I emailed back several times but have heard nothing further. There is no phone # to reach them and it looks like it was shipped from a San Francisco address. Lesson learned: If there is no contact phone # and legit address - don't order.

what a horrible experience this has…

what a horrible experience this has been ordering from Popzora. They charged my credit card immediately. A month and a half later I still do not have the products. Their customer service will only reply via email and has over the past week still refused to refund my money. I did receive one sweater and it was a Bizzarre shape and size with cheap plastic buttons and errors in the knit.

**Update**

I ordered two items on January 27th and paid extra for expedited shipping. After reaching out to the customer service, I received an email on February 13th notifying me that one of the items was on the way and the other was out of stock.I asked to cancel the out of stock item and refund the expedited shipping fee. Still no response. Additionally, the other item still has not been received by USPS...
VERY frustrated.

UPDATE**3/11/2020:
Thank you for your reply. On February 14th, I replied to an email sent from popzora service asking for a refund. I sent additional emails on 2/18, 2/25, 3/2 and 3/3 with no responses....

I ordered my clothes on Jan 7th

I ordered my clothes on Jan 7th, I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive and nothing. I contacted the company after I tried to track my clothes and was unable due to problems with their website. I did finally receive 3 of my 4 items 6 weeks after I purchased them. The size was way off and they were to large. I tried to get information on how to return, no luck. I never did get the 4 th item that I paid for. I tried to contact this company 6 times with no response. Luckily for me my credit card company let me get a refund since I never got one from Popzora. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!

The photographers do an excellent job…

The photographers do an excellent job of misrepresenting the quality of the product. Fabric quality is poor. Sizing is inaccurate. Shipping is more like two months rather than 10-20 days. Return policy is liberal, but you have to pay to ship to China, which will cost more than the product. I was so excited about this site, their clothes were so cute, I loved everything I saw, but it was ALL TRASH.I did a lot of my Christmas shopping at this sight, none of it arrived by Christmas. I made my order the end of November, most arrived the beginning of February. I will NEVER use this site again.

Please don't waste your money on this…

Please don't waste your money on this site. The quality is terrible, the sizes are completely off and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am now out $157 when I tried to return all the items I ordered. They misrepresent everything. They offered me 15 % of the purchase price. Awful.
