We used Porcelain Tiles for the first time in 2010 when we were refurbishing our house. We received excellent service. We were so happy with them that we went back to them in 2022 and in 2026 when we needed to do more work on the house. Their customer service has always been personal, professional and outright brilliant.

I have used Porcelain Tiles on many projects, most recently for my own home. They offer one of the most comprehensive selections of porcelain tiles on the market and are highly competitive on price.
They consistently go above and beyond to meet delivery deadlines, which is invaluable when working to a tight schedule. After delivery, we encountered a few issues, including some tiles breaking. Rather than waiting several weeks for replacements, they were able to source the required tiles directly from stock, effectively resolving the issue and keeping the project on track.
I would highly recommend this company for their product knowledge, range, pricing, and exceptional customer service.

After refurbing my bathroom Porcelain tiles were the only company that were absolutely brilliant. Delivered in the right time frame, rang before they delivered, beautiful tiles looking as they do on the picture and not broken!

Beautiful tiles and great assistance and customer service. I had to review and amend my order several times and they helped me throughout to get best match based on stock availability and best value for money. they worked out different options in size and style until we finally got there. We also had to top up the order longer after the first delivery was received and still they remembered me and manage to timely assist me getting the extra tiles I needed. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

Have called twice and emailed three times to get a price. They don't call back or respond. A shame because I wanted to place an order.

I tried so hard to order from porcelain tiles, but the customer service is unbelievably bad and made the entire thing such a pain. I called 4 times and never had my calls returned. They make it such an effort to deal with, so in the end paid a bit more and went elsewhere.
