Useless customer sevice
I tried so hard to order from porcelain tiles, but the customer service is unbelievably bad and made the entire thing such a pain. I called 4 times and never had my calls returned. They make it such an effort to deal with, so in the end paid a bit more and went elsewhere.

Very poor
Very poor. 6 mm only tiles. Larger formats crack very easily. Customer service thereafter is awful as very slow to respond, if you even get a response. There are much better suppliers - stay away

Excellent service and quality
We were one of the first customers I think for porcelain tiles. We loved the showroom and their collection from the start. Staff were very helpful. Being completely honest there were teething problems for the initial order but genuinely they have gone above and beyond to rectify and help solve any issues we had. Soujoud has been so helpful and considerate and has helped however he can. I wouldn’t hesitate to order with them again and have confidence that those initial issues in the early days have all been resolved. They produce an excellent product to a high standard and I think you’d struggle to not be happy. There are often issues when building / renovating and one key thing is that the company can resolve these quickly without stress. Porcelain tiles certainly do that and that’s priceless. Thank you to Sojoud and the team we are so happy with our vanities and kitchen!

Exceeded my expectations throughout
The quality of service which I have received by Porcelain tiles LTD has been exceptional throughout.
Making decisions with well informed staff was a productive way to begin our development.
Assistance was required midway through our project and staff were immediately available to assist with courtesy, precision and efficiency.
The Tailor Made + service is incomparable.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and their Tailor Made + services.
We will be using again and again!

Amazing range of tiles and outstandiong service
I have bought tiles for my bathrooms at Porcelain Tiles. They have been outstanding in their service from our first visit to their amazing showroom in Finchley Road. They have great variety of tiles and their prices are very competitive. They have been very helpful and efficient with exchanges, returns and extra orders during and after sales. Would highly recommend.
