I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

My order arrived with ALL tiles damaged upon delivery. The packaging was clearly inadequate, and all tiles are unusable.

I contacted the company immediately yesterday via email and message, but so far I have received no response at all. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of construction timelines.

At this point, I am left with damaged goods and no support or resolution offered.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this supplier!!

fast delivery good tiles just looked at top tile excellent as require and brilliant delivery, faster than expected and would buy again from this company, using these for a new kitchen refit.

Tiles are lovely and arrived in quick time

Would have been 5 stars because the customer service and price were excellent but I only ordered 25 tiles and they came on 2 large pallets which I did not want and were just left with me the driver would not take them back, so it was left for us to dispose of them.

Absolutely fantastic beautiful tiles, the delivery man mr j Leon was so accommodating, he lifted the two boxes and placed them against my wall, what a great employee as I’m disabled he was polite and very professional thank you, my tiles are so beautiful when I do my kitchen I’ll be buying them from your considerate company thank you so much to the lady my grandson spoke to as well as he thought I ordered the wrong ones she was so lovely and helpful great company very caring of their customers needs thank you so much

I had a phone call in regard to my order that was really helpful.
The order was shipped very quickly, all received in good condition. Would recommend.

Good service online for sample delivery because of no delivery charge and selection of tiles I could not find anywhere else. However, I could not find a branch of Tilesporcelain close to where I live.

Firstly number of delays even though I rang to see if tiles in stock, 5 minutes later got call saying they not available, I had to do all the chasing up. I completely understand shipping & container issues. The main reason for the review is reported damaged tiles with in 48hours was promised a refund (on 19th may) which im yet to see, sent a follow up email no reply black on 27th may, we now on 5th June I gave you chance to resolve the matter and you failed!
