They have only got 1 star as I had no choice ,I ordered tiles for my floor as they advertised them as strong ,there were only ten as they were large ,on arrival 2 were broken I had to send several photos as if I was lying !! I said I wanted to send them back as they obviously were not strong (false advertising) but was told I had to pay my own delivery ,the tiles were £318 and I had to pay £78 to send back although I’d ordered different ones that were coming from the same place I couldn’t see why they couldn’t go on the lorry back to them after all I didn’t break them ! Today they have refunded me £214 ive been totally robbed ,I’m a pensioner and had to save to buy these so now I’m well out of pocket ,AVOID at all costs

Bought some tiles 17 months ago for my bathroom and the tiles were different shades of white which was disappointing but I can live with that as they were close enough. I needed to order some more this week and the ones I received may as well have been from another manufacturer as they are so different. Brilliant dazzling white while the previous ones were more ivory/cream. Not impressed with the product quality control and their after sales support is woeful. Their stock reply is not a shock, but trust me these tiles may as well be from a different supplier/brand they are so different in colour. The size is spot on but I cannot emphasize strongly enough how different the shade is.

I ordered quite a large order of tiles and they were delivered on time. When we started bringing in the tiles, we noted that some of the tiles were broken. I contacted Denise regarding the broken tiles, and she was very helpful and put in an order for replacement tiles right away. They turned up when they should have and all was good. Couldn't recommend this company enough, they are very professional and prompt at delivering your product and sorting out any issues you may have.

So we moved in 2 years ago and spent a lot of time looking for the products to fit our dreams. We needed to get one room done pdq and selected the sparkling quartz tiles in black and white, which I laid diagonally after much measuring to find the centre of the floor. The white came with a film coating which really helped when laying as it's well easy to place and level. My bad, the white tiles got stained by the black grout. I should have left it on. No matter, after a chat with Denise I received some cleaning solution free of charge but sadly it wasn't quite strong enough. Enter, The Pink Stuff!! Cleaned the rest off no problem. I reported my success back to Denise who seemed more delighted than I was. The input and service I had was terrific so, I ordered a pallet of tiles for the big room as there was a decent price to be had, which I didn't really need then so I had the pallet stored in County Durham for longer than was polite, free of charge until I did need them. Haven't used them yet as I have been whipping builders into shape but I did subsequently instantly fall in tile love with Kaimen Blue,1200x600's. I ordered maybe 60 which were delivered on time but the pallet was old and tired and I believe not up to the weight. It bent, half the tiles snapped, I was devastated!!
My caped heroine, Denise had it sorted in a few days!! Awesome!!
And there's the point. Problems happen but it's the way they are dealt with. I have read a few of the reviews and I can't believe it's the same company. I have spent around £3k in 2 years with Tiles Porcelain, never had too much adhesive, never had too much grout, never had attitude, never had negativity. Only bloody good service, great prices, access to an amazing range of products and top quality at that. This is a company I will be spending a lot more with. Can't recommend highly enough but 10/10 every day!!

Ordered 23m2 of grey 1200x600 tiles for my kitchen dealt with andrew who arranged samples and his knowledge of the tiles was fantastic the floor looks amazing and can't wait to carry them into our conservatory next month thanks again for all your help 100% recommended 5****

I purchased the marble effect grey polished porcelain wall tiles. The ordering was straightforward and invoice was emailed over straight away. The tiles arrived 2 days later. When putting the boxes away noticed 2 boxes had been damaged and the tiles in two boxes were broken. I emailed the sales team and also spoke to Andrew who asked for some photos which I sent. Andrew then got back to be informing me that replacements would be sent out on Friday. I am pleased with the help with this and it’s unfortunate this happened it’s was the last two packs on the pallet. Also I did notice a gap on the pallet they were on which is very low. They must have got damaged when been unloaded and pallet maybe not put down gently. I am pleased with the efficient response on this from
Andrew who without hesitation informed me replacements will be sent out without delay. This can happen when in transit.
I am happy with the service and quality of tile. Thank you Andrew for dealing with this so promptly.

ordered and bought 20m2 of the sparkle zultain tiles. The chap on the phone was very pleasant and informative. Advised when it would be delivered etc.

He also chased up the courier on the day as it was getting late in the day, the driver called me and turned up on the day. The courier does sit outside the house for 20 minutes but there was no way I would check 112 tiles on my own in that time. We checked through each tile in the evening, all boxes were emaculate, every tile had a protection film over it. Wish i didn't check them now as it was hard work!

There were no complaints from the fitter on the quality of tiles as mentioned by other reviewers, in fact he was surprised at the cost. The tiles even match our Quartz work top. all in all fantastic service from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend and use again myself. Ordered end of June, fitted today 21/7

Really bad customer service.they will up sell you more adhesive, grout and tiles. The tiles came broken and the refused refund of tiles , adhesive and grout even though I am within my statutory right to return.they have fine prints to refuse refunds on their website. Please avoid this day light robbery. Im never ordering again. Customer services was rude and said they don't care if I don't order again. Really passed off.

They have great prices and fantastic customer service. They were helpful with advice at purchase. They replaced the few faulty tiles and took back excessive adhesive. (And their adhesive was way cheaper than some trade suppliers I tried).

Ordered 37m2 marble effect tiles. Got a call same day of ordering thanking us for order and that the delivery would be made Thursday, nothing mentioned about kerbside delivery only.

Thursday arrives and my wife at home with a toddler and 1 year old receives call, drives was at the wrong address. He had unloaded and then had to load back up, no problem.

He then arrived and was short and rude to my wife, she asked if they can brought up to our drive so to be inside the garage. No was the answer. Kerbside only, checking the companies email we received it states delivery can be made to a garage if the drive is flat and safe, ours is.

Called the office, was gave excuses of that we knew it was kerbside delivery and that’s on us, also we don’t let 3rd party drivers go up drives as they get insurance claims for the pallet damaging drains, drives.

I advised I had paid over £100 delivery and to leave them sitting out in the rain for anyone to pinch is absolutely ridiculous. Said he will look into this and phone me back same day. Didn’t happen.

Awful customer service, awful experience. Avoid and go to b&q a reasonable company with good deliveries. Lesson learnt the hard way.

You also delivered the wrong tile and hoped we didn’t notice it was the wrong tile.

If I could give less score, I would.

Hi bought tiles from tilesporcelain arrive next day delivery Durham to liverpool excellent service. From starting my project the tiles I bought went up in price and I need more tile I was given the tile at the price I paid at the start of project 10/10 grout order was wrong colour 1 phone call grout was delivered next day 100% service wouldn't hesitate to recommend to people . Lovely tiles at a much lower price than I found elsewhere. Helpful customer service with my dumb questions. Delivered when they said it would.

We ordered the tiles for our home in Cardiff which meant they were coming some distance. But the Tiles arrived perfectly, in eaxactly the time suggested - which really was just a few working days. The Tiles themselves are great quality, great condition and great price. The entire process from initial contact (by phone) to delivery was seemless and painless.

Overall very pleased with their service. I would certainly use their services within the future. Thank you
