I recently bought tiles from this company and installed them myself. Though initially worried about the wood effect wearing off, my sample testing assured me of their quality. The tiles arrived in perfect condition and were reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent. I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Thank you!

I've looked all over onlne for unique coloured large format tiles, I'm an interior designer and my clients want luxury unique designs. Tilesporcelain have an array of amazing tiles to choose from.

A sharp contrast with other suppliers. The samples were packed in a jiffy bag. It arrive opened, with only one sample in it. The sample was also the worst I've ever seen. Looked like a bad print had applied to the surface, it was shocking. Overall very disappointing, sadly.

EDIT: the company's response is even worse than the initial service. The issue was not with Royal Mail (as they try to claim) it was with them and how they packaged the goods. Given their response, they're very likely to blame anyone but themselves for issues and not solve any problems. They also seem to think that the fact they're free samples matters. It does not. I would rather pay for good quality samples, well packaged and delivered in a timely fashion (as I did from other suppliers). Ordering from Tilesporcelain was a complete waste of my time and caused considerable inconvenience. Their response compounded this, rather any attempt to improve what they do or what they've done. Caveat Emptor.

Ordered tiles on 13th May received invoice but no delivery date then last Wednesday I was notified that they tried to deliver but no one home when I checked they somehow used an old landlines ignoring my mobile no. beneath my address.
I tel Andy on Thursday and was told my order would be delivered the next day I waited in all day last Friday nothing arrived come Monday morning not a thing no contact whatsoever. I called them up and again spoke to Andy he said he would find out where.my order was and call me back .. have not heard back since if I ever receive this order I will not be using this company again I've been fobbed off !

Easy order process also a staff member rang regarding the shipping method I had chosen might/would cause damage

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company,I was so pleased with the quality of the cream porcelain polished tiles I’ve ordered them again for a different project and customer service are so helpful with other products needed,also I needed items asap and they was able to offer me a speedy delivery.

Very quick to navigate the Tilesporcelain website and to place orders for samples. also kept me updated with when the samples were shipped and anticipated delivery dates.

Good communication with sales staff , product was ordered with ease . Some tiles arrived damaged however this was dealt with promptly in way of refund without any hassle . Definitely will be ordering again .
