Tiles arrived very promptly
The quality was absolutely stunning, Our builder said they were possibly the best patio tiles he had ever worked with!

Slight delay in delivery but good quality tiles

Bought 46 sq meters of quartz grey tiles 60 x 60. Advice given by staff about how to cut them and other advice was spot on. Delivered on time and no broken or damaged tiles a all. Best price we could find for similar tiles. Have a fantastic kitchen floor now. Would highly recommend tiles porcelain.

Wonderful tiles. Love them. White quartz sparkle. Great delivery, the delivery man helped load them into my garage 27 metres of them he didn't have to so a big bonus. No issues at all none broken. I can't recommend this company enough. Excellent service.

This is a joke of a company, the lady at the customer service need a new job as customer service isn't for her at all, the company sold me about 20 packets of tiles that had almost 3 boxes broken,what they claimed was that i bought the tiles over 60 days before telling them amd how ridiculous that they also said items have to be checked when delivered (so tiles would have to be checked one by one so said the customer service). I bought the tiles but builder delayed for about 2 months before the job started which i explained. Please get a better organised company to deal with other than these people

Its a absolute delight to have Granite kashmiri tiles which change their colour with temperature, lots of compliment and looks very elegant with my white kitchen. Thanks Tilesporcelain.

I had a problem with delivery. They did not delivered on designated day nor did they contacted me either. I was waiting half a day with friend who promised me to help me out. It was 43 boxes of tiles they said will be left outside of my property on the pavement. I contacted the company they said there were problems with drivers, fuel, covid etc..... And promised me to be delivered next day. As I had some souspicious I contacted them the next day and the same story..... On the end they delivered on the third day ( driver very rude and shouting on me) and I was left on my own with 43 boxes of tiles on the pavement !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said he can not help me out !!!!!!!!!!!!! Radiculous !!!!! Avoid.

Everything was just brilliant!
We purchased the tiles over the phone and they held them in their warehouse for about 4 weeks until they were needed. When we found Wes were short of tiles they arranged another 4 packs for us, at the same price as the main order, and they made sure they were the same batch number.
On top of a great service they were also a good price.

Prompt delivery and great tiles. Really good service.

Recently bought a quantity of brick slips for Tilesporcelain as a returning customer. They came with the adhesive and grout very well packaged and protected on a pallet, covered to guard against the weather. So I was able to leave them outside until use, which was helpful and very few were damaged. But I want to give a special thanks to Denise who promptly provided some extra grout when I realised I had under-estimated what was needed. Happy to recommend Tilesporcelain.
