Ordered around 37m2 of marble tiles, they were outside literally a few days before the job was able to be carried out by the tiler on an apartment two floors up. Upon inspection of the tiles it was clear that there was a defect running through around 60-70% of the tiles. Most were split directly down the middle. When I called tiles porcelain they said they should have been inspected on arrival at the kerbside! Impossible as they were solid marble tiles and had to go up two flights of stairs. The tiler managed to do his best and used offcuts for the edges etc. However this led to us still being 3 tiles short and we had taken into account over 10% for wastage. Tiles porcelain would not send any more tiles until I managed to speak to Denise in sales who I had dealt with in the past. She was the only thing positive about the whole experience but even at that the best she could do was have the 3 tiles sent out but I still ended up out of pocket as I had to pay £60 delivery fee and the tiler for another day rate. The whole thing was a nightmare, I would have given them more business in the future as I was a repeat customer but will never give them my business again. I would advise to avoid at all costs even if you have to pay a bit more

Brilliant tiles, we ordered via telephone and spoke to the team which were extremely helpful in making sure we ordered the correct quantity. The tiles came package so no damage could occur on route. Highly recommend and the prices are the best around.

I ordered my tiles they were delivered promptly. They are great quality tiles at a very good price. My bathroom looks amazing. I received quality service from this company and would highly recommend them.

A real shame to leave a negative review, but despite the tiler and us contacting them earlier in proceedings about colour mismatches WITHIN THE SAME BOX they will not help on costs. So we've had two instal costs, and a load of tiles they won't take back because of the time elapsed while it's gone on. What seemed like a good deal with a helpful company has soured. Read the small print and make sure those doing the work know of the time limits for returns!

Very helpful, friendly staff took my order and arranged Really pleased with the quality of the product that was delivered on time and well packed on a pallet.
We have had the tiles laid now and they look fantastic.

Avoid buying from this company.
The tile samples are not a true indication of the colour or quality of tile that you will be sent. This company will then refer you back to their terms and conditions which states:
“All Tile Samples are a representation of the actual tile, however, variations in shade, colour and texture may occur from batch to batch.”
Be warned from personal experience the variations on the colour and texture of their porcelain tiles can be so extreme it appears you have been sent a different tile to the one you have ordered. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

The tiles sold by this company are cheaper than the rest of the market however the quality is dire. I’m confident that they tiles are manufacturing seconds. The tiles I bought looked superb for 9 months then the tile started cracking. Called customer service several times but no help at all £1000 wasted on tiles. Will never use this company again. Buy cheap buy twice

Very efficient company, (in spite of Covid problems). Good range of tiles at competitive prices. Delivery was very efficient as well. Only downside was one member of staff who, having taken the money, couldn't wait to get away, despite us having some further questions. Fortunately, his younger, more customer focussed, colleague, was really kind and helpful. Her help and kind attitude negated that of her colleague and weleft 100% satisfied with our purchase.

The initial order process was fine, the tiles arrived in good time and were duly laid by our tiler... then the trouble started.
I had ordered porcelain tiles and paid the price accompanying the advert for the porcelain tiles. There was an advert on the website for a ceramic version of the colour of tiles I wanted and I spoke at length when ordering to ensure I was getting porcelain and not ceramic. I had been worried that there could be confusion as the two adverts carried identical pictures. (Incidentally the ceramic advert has now been removed from Tiles Porcelain’s website)! I had chosen porcelain as they are well known for their durability, this quality is also stated in the advert for the tiles I ordered.
Within days, very obvious scratches began appearing. My husband and I are exceptionally careful with our new floor, lifting chairs rather than dragging them and not wearing outdoor shoes when walking on it. Having spoken to our tiler he felt that the tiles cut like ceramic and so I emailed Tiles Porcelain Customer Services Department asking for a call back, when the call came it was from a member of the sales team, a very helpful lady called Denise who said I needed to speak to customer services (yes I know) and that she would arrange for someone to call me in a couple of days. Two weeks passed with no call received, I emailed again. No reply. A month later and I emailed for a third time, this time with a full account of my situation. Still no reply.
I not call as there is no phone number listed on the Tiles Porcelain website and I am now both disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I noticed that there are a couple of one star reviews for this company on Trust Pilot of late, and that the company has replied to those reviews directly, which is why I am posting on Trust Pilot today. I don’t like going public with this, but I have been ignored for so long that I have no other option. Unless this issue is resolved my advice to anyone considering buying from Tiles Porcelain would be not to! This is a shame as they have some lovely tiles. We had hope to tile several rooms in our newly acquired home which we are renovating, but we won’t be buying from this company again!
Very poor service.
Edit
In response to Tiles Porcelain reply.
There have not been any calls, nor emails and the tiles were not porcelain! There are no phone numbers on the website, only emails. Tiles Porcelain. If you have called me on numerous occasions, why have you not left me a voicemail? Please call me tomorrow to discuss further.

Do NOT buy the MB8 marble. I was looking for some white marble for our new bathroom around £30 p.sq.m
TP sent a lovely white sparkly sample , but what arrived would not have been out of place around the urinals in the gents at Waterloo station!!
Seriously it was unusable and yellowish. They refunded me for the tiles, fair enough , but it cost me £170 to pay for the privilege of shipping a quarter of a tonne of hideous stone over 1000 miles from Langley Moor to Southampton and back!!

Spent over £2500 on tiles with them and not happy.. the quality of the tile ended up being very poor ...lots of tiles had cracks in. We excepted them on a pallet delivery and had to use them .. but also then received very poor customer service after that.
We had quite a few damaged tiles on the pallet. We only noticed them when unpacking. When we reported the damaged tiles, after unpacking them all, which only 5 days later ... they refused to anything about it.
We also had grout supplied by them which we had 12 bags of. The colour was not to our liking and they wouldn't except a return on them due to it being over 14 days after delivery. Even though it was confirmed on the order we could return them if we wanted no problem. Attitude was not good when addressing any of these issues. Very poor customer service and poor quality tiles won't be using them again or recommending them.

Recently ordered a sample of a reduced price brick slip. They called to say that they were selling fast and, although happy to send the sample, they may have sold out by the time I come to order. Really appreciated the call as placed an order - the customer service was excellent. Arrived today - can't wait to get them on the wall. Great value.
