I would definitely use Porter Dodson again. There were several hurdles to negotiate regarding the lease on my new flat. Although a lengthy process, it was dealt with in an honest and professional manner. A special thanks to both Michelle and Reena in Dorchester and Bridport.

We asked Caron Abbot of Porter Dodson's Sherborne office to act for us in selling a property. Caron was a pleasure to deal with - polite, to the point, patient especially given the buyer's side of the sale were decidedly fussy, and extremely punctual in handling the communications between the parties. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Caron for help again should we have further legal needs. My wife and I would give Caron a 5star rating however a rather less than satisfactory experience with another branch of Porter Dodson in Wells relating to a different area of business a couple of years ago prevents us giving Porter Dodson as a firm full marks.

We had lousie Wooten for our first house purchase we couldn’t fault her at all she went absolutely above and beyond and did everything she could to make this happen for our first home. We had all paper work filled in and done our side within 2 weeks and If we had any questions we could phone or email and 9 times out of 10 she would answer instant. She had her work cut out for our sale as wasn’t exactly straight forward but she made it happen and went that extra step, we are so glad we went for this company yes a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

We instructed PorterDodson to take on the probate of our deceased parents. They were extremely professional and sensitive to the situation. They are an excellent firm. We have now instructed them to help with the conveyancing of the property left by by our parents because we were so impressed with them.
