I went for this service twice, both times it worked out well. This last time Roger helped me with getting an appointment asap and also guided and reassured me that I’d get the visa early (I didn’t have the recommended 15 calendar days). Things that I liked about the agency: 1. They clearly told me what they were capable of and what not. They promised appointment within a week, and predicted results within 10 days and that's what happened. They mentioned explicitly that the outcome is not in their hands, which is true.
2. They were helpful and gave good guidance throughout. Some inside tips were key to the success of my application

Having said that, I would advise them to reduce the fees. There are many who even having planned ahead cannot get an appointment, and fees upwards of 250 GBP is difficult. A reduced fee might get you much more business too.

This service is a bit expensive but very very prompt and reliable. Got my visa appointment without any issues and the appointment went extremely smoothly. They managed to get it for me on the exact date that I needed it which was within the same week.

I got a really quick appointment and everything went through fine.

I've applied for a schengen visa 5 times, both with and without visa agents - this agent was by far the fastest (though most expensive!). The website did set off some red flags but I imagine if you're reading this then you're as desperate as I was.

I was already pretty familiar with the schengen visa process so can't comment on the quality of assistance, but definitely recommend for a last minute appointments.
