PosLaju?Better rebrand to PosLousy! No Call or Text at all and update the status "Your Pickup attempt has failed please rearrange shipment" If you honestly tell me "I am lazy to send your parcel now"I think I would accept that better giving me lame excuses and this is NOT the 1st time experiencing this, also please take out 'Contact Us' on your website because its useless,no one does answer the calls, better closed down your customer service department.

Really Bad service

Really Bad service. During MCO period, it was supposed not to gather at place but POS Laju Company would like to ask people to queue up around their place. For those who wanted to send parcels that needed to pay or collect parcels that must queue up is common senses. But how come Shopee seller also needs to queue up? Shopee sellers always just only need to drop their waybill and parcels on the counters. They don't need to pay anything or talk to the counters. But why they need to queue up to make the queue up become 15-20 people around the POS Laju place? WHY don't POS Laju just work as J&T offer for Shopee Sellers drop the parcel and left the places?POS Laju, don't you know that many people gather in one places will increase the possibility of infection?

SendParcel by Pos Laju is the worst

I tried using SendParcel, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences ever. It said it offers free pick up, so I scheduled a pick-up on Friday (03/04/2020), Pos Laju was supposed to pick it up but they didn't. So I reschedule it again for Monday (06/04/2020), they failed to pick up my parcel AGAIN. I thought maybe because of the movement control order (MCO) things may be delayed, so I rescheduled again for Tuesday (07/04/2020). This time I lost my patience waiting, they didn't pick up my parcel at all. I tried contacting Pos Malaysia but they were no help, they just told me to reschedule again and ask me to understand that things are slow due to MCO. I didn't want to rely on Pos Laju again, so I cancelled my pick up and requested a refund. It has been a week and they have not given me back my refund, I tried emailing them but they were no reply. This is honestly such a terrible and bad service. I won't use SendParcel ever again. So in my opinion, don't trust SendParcel by Pos Laju. There are other couriers out there which are SO MUCH BETTER. At the end of the day, I ended up using EasyParcel to send my package. It was picked up and delivered by Pgeon Prime. I hope you see this and improve your customer service.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. The worker in post office attached the wrong consignment notes on my stuffs and now they’re all sent to the wrong places. Had to go to 3 different post offices to get the problem solved but in the end all i got was an email asking me to tell them the details of my case, and they will check and reply in 48 hours. However, that email is only for decoration purpose. I’ve sent many mails yet 3 days later no one replied me at all. Spent weeks to prepare my stuffs and thanks to them my stuffs were rejected because of the deadline. Definitely not pos laju but pos lambat.

Pos laju service is getting worse:

Pos laju service is getting worse:
1) post to different address & nearly 2 weeks the issue is not solved yet. Am I getting my items or not???
2) 'direct delivery to parcel locker'. What does it mean. Do I need to call you since no ipdate after that status?

Pos laju has a really really bad service (closed on saturday and sunday)

Pos laju has a really really bad service. Lazy stuff, I feel this kind of problem. I'm not able to collect my stuff on weekdays because of work, and the pos Laju is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Some more, they don't allow second delivery. Please la, change your working time. Even restaurant or food and beverage industries allow their employee to rest on weekdays and be able to work on weekends. Sometimes the management does not know what is called "flexible".

There were time they left the card but it was found missing, and i hardly claim my stuff due to location uninformed, couldnt they create link system so we r informed after they left?

When I call your helpdesk

When I call your helpdesk, you can't answer any questions at all. Not even something as simple as "what is the difference between this product and that product". Then you put me on hold and then leave me there for 30 minutes. When someone else picks up, the cycle continues. It's SO disheartening and frustrating and difficult especially when you are busy and need to find time to call. I feel like crying when dealing with Pos Malaysia. I hope other shipping and courier companies can come in and bring competition to help Pos step up their game.

snail speed in delivery

Management,

am wondering what is the KPI with regards to timeline for a parcel to be arrive in the designated destination upon deliver via pos laju

if indeed, a parcel need to take more than 72 hours to reach the recipient, shouldn’t this is doable with normal postage ?

i have mailed out a parcel on 20th Feb, 2020 from kl at 3pm, with kota kinabalu as the destination
but the parcel ONLY ARRIVED after a good 6 days on 27th, February 2020

Honestly, the rate of delivery is not acceptable for a courier service to be named POSLAJU, but more like an ordinary mail with extra bloated charges

Worst customer experience

I'm so disappointed. My time and money are wasted. Do you guys train your delivery guys? They don't know anything about the delivery. So rude and dumb! Why do you bring frustration to customers? When you need to give them the best out of your service! Why do we need you? If you can't provide the basic. Customer service doesn't help 🆘! Delivery guy is irresponsible. What can I do now? How can I get my time and money back?

Shameful

Feedback to HQ not read, no action taken from complaints to branch, totally NO service. I am referring to POSLAJU deliveries to Subang Jaya from personal experience. There is no card to say they have been and could not deliver. Even when there is a truckload of people in the house, they call it an "unsuccessful attempt" delivery. WHY? Because instead of delivering parcels that people pay good money to use their service, they go home with the letters and go back to post office later to say they can't find the address or nobody's home! Even the officer at the post office knows about such delinquency but he puts his hands up in defeat when we question him. How can a country progress with such attitude? The best part is - everyone seems to know about it, but it is allowed to go on.

Item's Missing in my parcel, and late delivery

I just came back from U.S and shipped a parcel that was suppose to reach the destination long ago. The postal service in Malaysia is really bad, not only the parcel came back in a really bad shape, but with missing items too. It took them 10 days for a parcel to reach a few hundred kilometers, while USPS only took less than a week to ship at least 5 thousand miles.

Poor service

Poor service. There are several problems if pos malaysia bothers to investigate in order to improve their service. Firstly there is the problem of the delivery man that do not deliver per schedule....based on my experience the postman did not even arrived at our door and claim that we are not at home. We made an effort to stay home waiting for the parcel but not a ring of the doorbell or telephone. Next when request for 2nd delivery customer service mentioned a date but pos laju did not collect and thus another 2 days was delayed. There is a disconnection between customer service and postman. It seems pos laju just deliver at their wish date not per commitment date....very disappointed.
