Disgusting service my seller posted my item 29th March received at hub 30th March awaiting despatch to the UK 6th April 2 months on nothing no item no update fed up trying to email pos just go round in a circles..... What the hell is going on?

The most slowest, irresponsible, laziness & scam postal service entire of my life. Too much robot stuff in their office.
Other postal service can do delivery for the parcel from 5-10 days during pandemic season, but this one even a month and a half still can't deliver to the owner.

Damn bad experience with the online inquiry services. Directed me here and there, called, emailed, filled in form, but at the end there is no one replying me even in Facebook messenger. I don't even have an answer until now....

Warning Scam Company .They stole the items
charged me over 1000 RM for 3 day delivery, they didn't deliver and its been 2 month and they don't return it either.
And they don't respond to emails you send to care at pos.com.my and also not to phonecalls .
Pos Tesco Ampang
Poslaju has the worst service. I’m gonna call out specifically to Pos Tesco Extra Ampang, they are super rude. They pick up calls just to hang up on customers. Very rude. They don’t deserve the job. Irresponsible workers.

Worst courier. If poslaju claimed to be the 2nd worst courier in Malaysia no one dares to claim first. My parcel has not been updated for 2 weeks (almost months i have ordered) and i tried to call no one pick up, never received email that i mailed and the hot-line is a dead line. Felt so cheated, like i order thin air. Idk why does it take so long time (deliver within Malaysia not something from overseas). I know it's cmco period but c'mon lah my mom ordered something later than me using ABX and received it earlier!! *cough blood*. So before you order/sending out something online be sure not to use postlambat unless you're masochist.

Either way this DRB Hicom owned legacy company is not getting any better is it and sadly my mom used to work for Pos Malaysia. Yes I use pos Malaysia because the price is cheaper than other services. Yea It is MCO so all parcels are getting delayed. But your big bosses at DRB Hicom tu semua relax saja ke? Tak buat apa? No mitigation plan in times of crisis? No more phone customer service. Items are stuck at airport hub you dont think of hiring part time staff? Your so called “feedback form” doesn’t even work its giving error. How the heck are your customers going to check on their item? Kami bayar la bukan servis percuma. Kalau tahu servis macam ni jangan lah mintak duit dulu lepas hantar barang baru kami bayar. Selamat Hari Raya.

Trace my parcel and realise they put remark premise is close n leave a notice for me to contact pos laju. Hello!!!!! Its mco, where should i be if not staying at home and what do you expect that my house door is wide open without lock?? The postage address is residential address not office or shoplot address... I didn’t found any notice that left to me too.. shouldn’t you should call or knock my door? I received my parcel from other courier service too during mco, there is no problem for them to deliver the parcel as they know how to call the receiver and knock door.

Very slow. International Items is still in transit for a week within Malaysia. If you are rushing to send a document to outside Malaysia, it is better to use other carrier.

I tracked my parcel. From JB it went to KLIA then to Shah Alam. There it sat for 5 days. After I complaint then only the parcel was delivered.
In another instance, and this is not just them but other courier companies as well, they did not even call or text suddenly they update status as “delivery attempts failed”.
Another company even had a courier item addressed to another house thrown into my compound with acceptance signed (Possibly by the courier boy himself): i presume he was lazy to deliver but wanted to feed the status as delivered. Bloody nuisance!
Backto Poslaju: AVOID them. When their shares plummet let another serious buyer restart the whole thing.

Really Bad service. During MCO period, it was supposed not to gather at place but POS Laju Company would like to ask people to queue up around their place. For those who wanted to send parcels that needed to pay or collect parcels that must queue up is common senses. But how come Shopee seller also needs to queue up? Shopee sellers always just only need to drop their waybill and parcels on the counters. They don't need to pay anything or talk to the counters. But why they need to queue up to make the queue up become 15-20 people around the POS Laju place? WHY don't POS Laju just work as J&T offer for Shopee Sellers drop the parcel and left the places?POS Laju, don't you know that many people gather in one places will increase the possibility of infection?
