EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ANY PARCEL YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN YOU CAN ONLY DO IT WITHIN 30 DAYS! AFTER 30 DAYS YOU COMPLAIN THEY WONT ENTERTAIN YOU ANYMORE. anyhow even you already log report, still nobody will reply your email and they keep pushing you around. and i have been doing this 3 months. CONCLUSION USE POS MALAYSIA SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRY MEANS POST YOUR PARCEL DIRECTLY INTO THE RUBBISH BIN PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEE TO SHIP YOUR PARCEL INTO RUBBISH BIN.

Bad bad bad, no one reply my email and my Complaining form. I think you should close ur shop dude. I send my goods with ems express but until now the goods not receive it almost 14 days.

Worst Experience ever

Seriously i send my parcel over a week at 11th july and yet it is still not in the system also it said that i maybe put the wrong tracking number. That parcel is so important that i need to send it before 29th july. I tried to call the customer service but it asked me to do it on websites and hangup the phone and tried to do it online and the staff still cannot help even he was nice but still what the used of the customer service even you cannot help me. Actually you should get no star because the experience i have is so worst with you and i totally regreted trust your services seriously.. 😠😠😠

dont use poslaju unless u can wait, i have a console sent to west malaysia for repair one month ago, the console is fixed but according to my repairer the console is still stucked at courier... followed up every week still same reply

I USED YOUR EMS SERVICE ESTIMATED 2-4DAYS AND PAID SO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SHIPPING BUT UNTIL NOW MY PARCEL STATUS STILL AT YOUR OFFICE. NO UPDATE !

SUPER BAD!

BAD! BAD! BAD! SUPER BAD! SERVICE AND BAD MANNER FROM COUNTER STAFF

Seriously,i never had a such a bad experiences with a post office before.Pos Malaysia is the worst post company that i ever had use.The item is not approve by custom so I call them to send back to one of my friend in australia due to I am a oversea study student and back to malaysia for good.They take long time to reply email,never pick up call and never give a clear information on what I should do.Then i went to their counter and counter staff has bad manner and tell me the parcel only can send back to my aus home address.

But come on,I back to malaysia for good and i tell them the house has no one there for me to received my parcel.But they keep saying the parcel cannot change send back address...OMG this is the worst worst pos company.who else still will use this pos company again like this.

When i check the track

When i check the track, it says unsuccesful delivery due to ____. What is the reason? I need to know whether my parcel are ok or not. Then, try to reach any call but the staff was so rude enough when i need her to repeat my tracking number. I know how to be patient but i was just asking her to repeat it again because she not's repeating it. Again my parcel had no clue what's the reason for delay and this today is the fourth day i'm waiting. Thank you for the worst experience and i never use this service again in my life !

Please close shop and go sell goreng pisang by the roadside. Actually, I doubt they can even do that correctly since it looks like they are being managed by a bunch of buffoons.

My parcel has been stuck in their hands since 23rd June because they sent it to a different state wrongly. Now they have not answered any of my queries, and I have a case pending with MCMC.
If you cannot handle the load, stop accepting new parcels!!!

POSLAJU is without a doubt the crappiest postal service in Malaysia.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I sent important document to Malaysia from Sydney took me around 1 and half weeks to the destination and I understand due to covid19 it might delay few days. When sending back the parcel back to Sydney my friend using postlaju and they promised will reach there within 4-1 week with tracking applied. Now it's going to be a month when I checked the tracking the parcel still at KL HQ. I know due to Covid19 it might delay but more than a month above is unacceptable. Please change postlaju to post siput. Never ever use this courier again.

worst delivery service. support our own brand, i know. but this is just too much. i can say out of 10 online buy, 9 of them i received after more than 20 days, and i did lots of online shopping. you don't even deserve one star.

My parcel was stuck in your hub since 6th June. Today is 29th June. Another week will be a month already. Are you serious bro??? Never had this worst service ever. Even overseas parcel came in within 2 weeks. Improve your service or just shut down!!

Consignment stuck

My parcel post out from klia hub on 11/6/2020 still pending until today 24/6/2020. Why there is no movement since 11/6??? Where's my parcel?? You should settle down the earlier parcel! Not by settling the latest parcel, fisrt come first serve!!

15 June, I'm pos out 6 parcel. only two get in transit. The other 4 remain in the poslaju muar. Now 18june. Still remain the same. The other 2 parcel in transit remain in the same spot for 3 days. Not moving!!! Why???

I will give 0 star if I could

I will give 0 star if I could. This is the worst shipping service in the whole country. They failed to deliver package to my condo and said the premis is closed. My condo lobby is open from morning to 10pm! And they delivered the parcel around noon. The courier is lying. Btw all of other parcels from another shipping services arrived safely.

Since it's a shopee order, they left a message and number to contact in shopee tracking. But when I call the number : 1300300300, seems that the software they are using was having an issue. It connected to answering bot that orders you to enter 1 or 2 to choose english or bahasa option, but when you press 2, it doesnt work, so you need to choose 1 (bahasa), the only option works. But after that you still need to press 1 or 2 again to choose your type of query. 1 is for the post service and 2 is for covid19 info. When I pressed 1, it doesnt work AGAIN! The bot keeps telling that they didnt receive any input and cant proceed. I'm using my landline phone and mobile phone with same result. Their whole system sucks.

Tried the other number to poslaju brickfields and it's a dead line, it didnt even go through so I gave up. Don't know now how to retrieve my parcel.. Never see any company worse than this.

Worst, lousiest, shame on u pos LAJU .
It takes more than 2wks from Melaka to SG and now it is still unknown status?
Call hotline n email, no pick up. Hello where is my parcel????

POS MALAYSIA Service suck

No call, no one show up. No one push my door bell, no delivery reminder card but in tracking show delivery attempt fail and give 1300300300 number that only machine answer the phone. Hello!! This is MCO time, every one at home and waiting for the delivery. Expensive fee but service SUCK.
Many people out there need a job. Pls choose people who really appreciate the job and do it correctly. This sucker don't even come to my house and put remarks in tracking fail delivery attempt.
