Really lazy and inconsistent customer…

Really lazy and inconsistent customer service response. They lied about the premise not within the coverage of the postal code area but if you look at the map, it is right in the town area and there's even a Pos Laju facility within walking distance!

Worst courier ever

Worst courier ever. Why do lazada still using this as their courier? Do they really care about their customers? We pay delivery fee for every order but poslaju wants us to pick up the item from their outlet. They don't even come to the delivery address to give a letter for failed delivery or what so ever. You will only find out in your lazada app tracking system.

POST OFFICE TAMAN SRI TEBRAU JB IS THE WORST AND SLOWEST

The item was postage in Post Office Taman Sri Tebrau JB on Sept 23, but until today Oct 1 the status still shows no records in their track and trace website. I have send several e-form but only gets auto reply with incomplete details. Finally someone called me but still cannot resolve the issue as they are asking for the proof of posting, the consignment note is not sufficient for them. I ask them to call the JB branch to get the status of the item why it is still not scan but they refuse. The people in Pos Laju are lazy, irresponsible and don't care about other people. I understand that they have several concerns to attend to, many parcel to ship etc. But that is not a valid excuse not to provide good service. They seem to not have the urge to resolve issue. They just try to push back and not act on it.

pos laju malaysia is become worse now

pos laju malaysia is become worse now , deliver parcel until 7 days from ampang to cheras , now parcel is missing , customer make police report agains poslaju ,
poslaju customer service very bad , very rude , they treat customer very bad , regret using pos laju service , name only poslaju but become pos slow .irritating service , no proper comunication system , even send email no reply . no more safe using poslaju

Post Malaysia terrible updating track& trace system and the complaint page is not helpful as they use auto generate response. Delivery charges is not as promised by the post Malaysia.

This is what happened. I think POST Malaysia dont take their responsibility seriously. I have paid for a 10days international parcels shipping from malaysia to Australia. They published at their website that the covid19 will slow down and suspended all shipping after 3Aug 2020.,and all parcels before the date should be delivery like normal. But it's been a month I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive in Australia, still the track and trace post office malaysia haven't updating any new, the last tracking update was 13 Aug 2020 with the status ITEM EN ROUTE TO AUSTRALIA. The CONTACT US page also not that helpful because it's all auto generated response and stated do not reply. They don't really give a good solutions for their customers. Why post Malaysia have this terrible services but asking people to pay more? Why it took a very long time to make the deliveries and why the track and trace system are terrible? Are you going to tell me all is auto generate by the computer and there's no human working at the post office? Or the staff are too slow? Or you don't have enough staff? Honestly Post Malaysia are the worst company for shipping and delivery. They won't take any action and any responsibility from all the customers feedback. There's a lot of people complaint at their offices and there's nothing they can do. Just ask people to wait. Post Malaysia, you should investigate if your people doing the their job or not. Your services are paid by customers and it's not cheap or free. Please be more responsible to your bad services. I dont have any words if this complaint still be neglected just because we are only regular customers and not the VVIP customers or have any special title to hear from your feedback. If post Malaysia continuously provide such terrible service, people wont trust your service anymore and looking for other company.

To whomever concerned,

I was returning a parcel from lazada on 14.9.2020 at 3pm at Aeon bandaraya melaka. The female staff on duty insisted that I fill up the no. Akaun of lazada, which was not printed on the lazada printed return label. She said without that number, pos laju cannot bill lazada, hence cant proceed.Hence she asked me to contact lazada. Hence I contacted lazada, which couldn't give me that requested account number. After which I returned to the post office , she insisted that she needed to key in the account number in order to proceed, she even checked with her female colleague who confirmed this. Again I contacted lazada, the customer service there again can't provide me the number, cos theres no number to provide.  This time I went to a counter and was served by a gentleman, he too requested for the number. I have to tell him to check with other poslaju branches, maybe they have the number. True enough , he got the number.  The lazada billing account number is 4471501901, which is actually for internal use i reckon (for pos malaysia to bill lazada).

  How am I to get the number when even lazada customer service can't provide me. All the lady at pos laju had to do is to check with her superior or check with another branch instead of asking me to call lazada twice.

I BELIEVE I can't be the first person returning lazada. I'm very perplexed why the 2 female staff gave a me runaround, was it done on purpose, i seriously wonder.

Please close this carrier company...

My parcel is already in parcel hub destination on 3 Sept Thursday, should be deliver it to me next day on 4 Sept Friday, but they didn't attempt to deliver it, wasting and delay 2 more days again until next Monday, status for Poslaju (arrive at delivery facility) remain unchanged for few days, oh....what the hell is this....???

Item was not handled with care

It was a horrible experience. I sent the item on 18/8 and finally today 3/9 the person has received the item. However, it was leaking. Pos Laju did not handle the item with care. The lotion was leaking all over plus i have wrap it properly with a bubble wrap.

Poslaju still using the bicycle

Most slowest courier in Malaysia. As a seller don't ever use this courier if you don't want your customers complaining on you. Use J&T that only take 2 days of delivery plus J&t also working on weekend. Poslaju can't provide good service, if they got many order and parcel means they got massive profits, but why they can't upgrade their service? Even the newbie like J&t can beat their service🤷‍♂️

Lazy and dishonest

The laziest most dishonest post office on the planet. I've lived in many countries and I've never seen such lazy drivers in my life. They feel no shame lying and the customer support feels no shame defending the lies of their lazy drivers.

Don't really like their service

I don't really like the service of poslaju because when the poslaju can't send it to me (when i'm not at home) they will ask me to self-collect from poslaju office. The problem is I do not know when they are coming over to deliver, maybe I'm out for lunch, errands, office etc. So a good service will be to call / sms early morning (just like how shoppee/lazada does) to let me know that they are coming over to my house to deliver the package. So overall, I prefer to use other courier service if I have other options.

ALWAYS FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT ... WHY?

I had not once but multiple times and it’s always with Pos Malaysia.

Delivery always failed even when there are people at the house. They think when they arrive the receiver should know they are coming and should wait for them at the door.

Irresponsible on delivery.

So far all others delivery from Lazada or Shopee had no problem. If they can’t reach you they’ll call you, they’ll let you know but not for POS MALAYSIA. They don’t CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER and always need to collect from their collection center.

This time round, i check the tracking again I found out there is a failed delivery attempt and asking us to do self collect but the only difference is I didn’t even had a delivery fail note this time. Without this note I didn’t even know we had a delivery failed item.

With the news that their delivery guy don’t get a bonus and so. It’s surely something that the company isn’t doing right. They are not motivating their staff and all their staff is just working without any sort of service oriented mindset. They all felt entitled and the whole company is at it’s worst performing days.

Worst service of all

Worst service of all. Picked up at 15th July in KL, to be sent to Bangkok and until today 4th Aug, it's still not delivered in Bangkok. Should change the name PosLaju to PosLambat or PosTakSampai! And please remove the name Malaysia from the brand; it's a disgrace to Malaysia!!!

EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ANY PARCEL YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN YOU CAN ONLY DO IT WITHIN 30 DAYS! AFTER 30 DAYS YOU COMPLAIN THEY WONT ENTERTAIN YOU ANYMORE. anyhow even you already log report, still nobody will reply your email and they keep pushing you around. and i have been doing this 3 months. CONCLUSION USE POS MALAYSIA SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRY MEANS POST YOUR PARCEL DIRECTLY INTO THE RUBBISH BIN PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEE TO SHIP YOUR PARCEL INTO RUBBISH BIN.
