Amazing!
I bought a necklace from Posh Totty recently as I needed to replace my evil eye jewellery. The team were so helpful and assisted me in getting my blue light discount, even when we ran into a small issue they resolved it very quickly and efficiently! Just received the necklace today and it is absolutely gorgeous, I’m in love with it. Really nice packaging too and delivered promptly. Will definitely use this company again :)

Perfect piece from Posh Totty
I couldn’t recommend Posh Totty enough.
I wanted to purchase a sentimental piece of jewellery so it needed to be just right, I’m so pleased I chose Posh Totty to take care of this for me.
I decided to change the personalisation on my piece and it wasn’t too much trouble at all Jesie was amazing at getting this resolved for me.
I was so happy with the end result, the jeweller Saskia did a fantastic job, such care went into it I could just tell.

The necklace arrived nicely packaged but faulty with scuff marks and scratches on the top & surface of the hearts, customer service were contacted via email and the necklace has now been returned, awaiting a full refund

Beautiful jewellery - Fantastic customer service.
I have bought a few pieces of personalised jewellery and been delighted with them. I had a problem with a signet ring that I purchased recently and was provided with a returns label immediately. I was kept in the loop by email from Emily. My ring was returned in immaculate condition within 5 working days. I love it. I cannot recommend this company more highly. I'll definitely be buying from Posh Totty again.

Great quality products, outstanding customer service
The team at PT Designs are just wonderful. I ordered the men's oxidised silver pendant necklace for my husband's birthday last year and he wears it almost every day. Great quality, stylish and minimal design - hard to find in men's jewellery! I've recently ordered an additional charm to add to the pendant to give to him on father's day and after a slight mix-up with the order, the customer service team responded extremely quickly and generously to make sure the issue was resolved within minutes. Overall: great quality products, great quality team. Will certainly be buying from these guys again.

Fabulous customer services
After the birth of my first son I bought myself a small solid gold initial necklace, and was absolutely gutted a couple of months later when the chain unfortunately snapped. The customer service team- specifically Emily and Jesie, were brilliant at finding a quick solution, ending in sending me a new replacement on return of the broken necklace.
