5 stars for customer service
I have given Posh Totty a 5 star review and in particular Emily, following the customer care I received. I received my order promptly and on initial inspection all appeared fine. But when I later gave the gift to my wife it became apparent that there was an issue, in that the birthstones had been incorrectly placed on the personalised rings meaning they were associated with the wrong child. Emily picked up my email quickly and immediately acknowledged that it was a fault in production and therefore they were happy to refund the purchase. The return was also paid for. So whilst they had made a mistake with the order, which was disappointing, they accepted responsibility and you cannot ask for more than that. Sometimes mistakes are made. The way Emily dealt with my case was exemplary and on that basis I would consider buying through Posh Totty in the future.

Really impressed with Emily in customer services!! I’d purchased a gift voucher and (thought I’d) not received it. Emily was very apologetic and after checking my details, confirming the order and re-sending the gift voucher, she advised me to check my junk folder because ‘sometimes it slips in there’….Whereupon I found the original voucher! Thank you, Emily, for your patience and guidance. The recipient of the voucher is now the glamorous owner of a gorgeous pair of Posh Totty jewelled hoop earrings!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordered necklace for a birthday present. Enquired to ask when it was due to be delivered and explained it was birthday gift. Posh Totty upgraded delivery so that it arrived on time. Son loves the design. Have previously ordered gifts, which are always of a good quality.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a necklace for my partner and it came ever so slightly less than perfect, these things happen! When I reached out to customer services Emily as helpful as could be and very swift responding to my email, I received the necklace a week or so later and it was perfect, my partner loved it. Would definitely recommend the jewellery and the service

Poor quality
Poor quality. Dont waste your money.
For the price this jewellery is not worth it. False advertisement and rubbish quality compared to the price paid. Over priced. Gem stones costing 35 pounds each look like small holes on necklace and not even noticeable. Thin and tacky looking . Total disappointment. What’s worse is no refund offered after emailing to discuss being dissatisfied. Offered to review product for me against the advertisement, but nothing else. Would not recommend .

disappointing stacking ring
My husband bought me a stacker ring with my newborn babies name stamped into it for my first Mother’s Day. It arrived and they had sent the wrong size ring so we had to contact customer service and post the ring back to be checked. They did replace with the correct size although there was an issue with postage meaning it almost didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day despite them guaranteeing it would. We were going away and my husband had to contact customer service again and have the ring posted guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.
It arrived in a lovely box, the ring is lovely and has sentimental value however similar to other reviews, after wearing it for less than 3 weeks (and I’ve been removing it to shower and clean etc) the black stamping has worn and is not there on certain letters and the silver ring is tarnishing.
Really disappointing and I will not recommend or buy another product from here.

I have been bought a number of pieces from Posh Totty and I have also bought a number of items as gifts for my family. All the pieces are personalised and really mean something, the quality is excellent and customer service is exceptional. I bought mens chain and had a engraving on dog tag style. I dont know if £109 is deemed expensive but the product quality on these items feels like something out of an Xmas cracker.

Poor quality
I was giving a signet ring as a present and it was made to the incorrect size. I emailed the customer service team who insisted it was right, even though it didnt fit me. My ring sizer and all my other rings fit fine so unsure how this one item wouldnt! I paid for the resizing to be done only for the ring to be sent back in a totally different colour! The customer service team were quick with their responses and did send a pre paid returns label for me to send it back, however once the ring was returned the quality of the product was poor. The ring is gold plated and it arrived to me already scuffed and scratched. I have had it for maybe 2/3 weeks now and the plating is already coming off and discolouration is showing. Shame as it is a nice ring otherwise, just now looks shabby and will likely need replacing. Wouldn't recommend anything if not solid gold.

Purchased a men's russian ring necklace for my husband and he loves it. Sadly the barber cut the chain by accident. I messaged their customer service and they responded super quickly and helped me to buy a new chain so easily. Would highly recommend this company.

We made a visit to the Brighton store looking for a specific Personalised 9ct Gold Two Ring Russian Necklace, the chain length available as standard was not right for my wife so the team looked into a different length for us. Jessie and the team were able to get back to us quickly, provide a non-standard length and deliver the necklace to us on an expedited timeline to arrive before a birthday which we really appreciated. I can only highly recommend this company! I contacted them asking for a personalised necklace. They immediately got to work and everything went smoothly. I hade some problems with the shipment (due to UK/EU rules), but they helped with this too.
