NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I'm not telling anyone what they should do, but after PostcardMania sent out 2000 postcards, and our NOT receiving even 1 call from it, I personally would never spend even one cent with them again. Initially I informed my sales rep, Raj, that this was time sensitive since we are a construction company dealing with summer season in our area. Needless to say, they missed the targeted date for delivery of the postcards. They did send out a second mailing at their expense, but only after I complained about the lack of response, did Raj tell me that it usually took 2-3 mailings to see results. If that wasn't bad enough, Angel Brady of PostcardMania later informed me that it usually takes 3-5 mailings to the same people. What's next, 5-10 mailings to those same residents? I personally got the feeling of bait and switch! It would have been nice had they informed me of the need for all those additional mailings when they first pitched me and BEFORE I PAID ALL THAT MONEY!!!

This company was advertising on Facebook and I decided to reach out to see what they had to offer. I decided it was not a good fit for me and said thanks but no thanks. That was not good enough for them. I continue to get emails. The one today said, "this is not from me, it's an auto response. Did you want me to remove your name from that?" Signed Mitchel Martinez.
I tried to file a review and they blocked me from making a review. Now I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They claim to have an A+ rating but the BBB website does not seem to know who they are. It states near that page that if you have a complaint to contact Melissa Bradshaw first. I tried, they hung on me after being on hold over 5 minutes. Then they tried to get someone else on the phone who was going to do nothing, then some guy named Mike called and said I can call back but then would not take my call. Does this tell you there is really something wrong with this company? Legally, they have to remove my information when I request it, they did not, Mitchel Martinez decided it would be more fun to harass me. Clearly, he does not have a supervisor to monitor his juvenile acts. DO NOT do business with this company!!!
Misleading information.
I was told that our business could advertise pet CBD, glass and other items. When I filled out the form for what we would like to focus on, I was called back by the marketing team that they couldn’t do such. They had a manager call me, who basically told me to F off and offered absolutely no remediation to the issues. All the things I wanted to advertise, are and have been, federally legal for over 100 years. Some of the items, didn’t even pertain to the canna industry directly. Do not, and I repeat do not give postcard mania your business. If you want value, professionalism, and expertise, spend your money with mailshark.

I worked for PostcardMania from 2005 to 2017. Best group of people, best work environment, and best personal growth and development. I came to them a 20 year old kid, with just a high school diploma and some work/volunteer experience, and they turned me into a professional in the business world. It always felt like you were working with family and your best friends. I loved coming to work! My boss always said, “people don’t really leave PCM, unless there is a better adventure for you”. Well my better adventure came, and PostcardMania was there for that part, too.
My husband and I started a home inspection company in 2017, and we used PostcardMania for website and direct mail services. Using PostcardMania at the start of our company, overwhelmed our new business with leads and growth that we quickly had to hire staff to help manage our growth, and we’ve continued using PostcardMania all these years. I’m now a 40 year old mother of five and a successful business owner. Whether you’re an employee or a client, Joy and staff really do everything in their power to see you succeed. I’m so grateful for my 20 years of experience with Postcardmania, and I’m grateful for the support they’ve continued to have in this phase of my life.

The sales person sent me samples of their post cards. They were epic. I submitted my wording and ideas. The first draftr came/I AM sure a 12 year old designed it and my bullet points/wording was not on the card.You have to then work with a person that does the communication with the designer on changes. I think I went back and forth with them 5-10 times to make the correct changes. Takes forever. I asked to speak with the designer directly/ a strong NO.
After a week or so...I just said good enough, send out the damn card. This company needs to take a look at Vista Print where I can talk to the designer and make the card in 30 minutes on the phone and you can see the card being made right in front of you. I am kicking myself for trying PostcardMania. Kim Marshall

total waste of time and money I give them over $2800 and never seen anything on a return. They give you one price in the beginning and then after they get paid in full after they do the printing then they tell you they need money for postage and each time that they send out cards so they say they're sending them out there is an additional cost of $500 for postage? I ordered 20,000 cards and I don't think they got sent out enough or at all cause I didn't receive any phone calls any information regarding any potential customers from the postcards so don't waste your time on this or waste your money put it into something else cause this is a joke

The worst investment I've made in 20 years in business…
So far we have had thousands of mailers unaccounted for with many houses receiving multiple pieces of mail (up to 13) with their EDDM campaign.... as well as an initial mailing that went out over a month late completely missing our delivery schedule for our fall market capture clients. They DID make this right by reprintign postcards for that screw up but issues continue to haunt their service and now apparently it's an 'oh well, this is the risk you take attitude'. Nearly ZERO accountability despite tens of thousand of dollars invested! I will never use them again and will be sure to let me all of my colleagues know as well if this is not rectified or I receive a FULL refund!

I spent hours listening carefully to make sure all recommendations by postcard mania were lined up from selecting a mailing list to design and follow up. The only thing that happened was I lost thousands of dollars without a single client coming through. They said sorry we can't guarantee results that was their very sophisticated reply. They make promises of a glorious outcome and then nothing. Simply nothing for thousands of dollars.

I spent more than 12 K of which almost 2700 plus was the first mailing ( I CAN PROVIDE EXACT NUMBERS ) I paid thousands for the list to be marketed monthly so the monthly digital marketing was being done every month. This digital or internet monthly advertising was part of a package called Everywhere Small Business the mailing of postcards to the same list was done once as you mentioned however since we made no money at all and had no one show up in a very high traffic city in the washington dc metro area it would be foolish to continue to spend thousands. No one in the right mind will keep doing the same thing to get the same results.
Now we know you can't guarantee results but you should have safety features to protect your client it should never be legal nor ethical to expect someone to spend more than 12 K and not have a single client that is very strange and it doesn't come across as honest.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Postcard Mania. They guarantee a 90% delivery rate, but in my case, only 30% of the postcards reached valid addresses—70% were returned as undeliverable. I sent back 700 undeliverable postcards in one batch via FedEx, as instructed by Postcard Mania, but after months of persistent follow-up, I finally received some feedback. Unfortunately, I was never informed about the process for returning other batches. The returned cards were sent to fake or invalid addresses, including empty houses and non-existent locations.
I’m glad I chose to have the cards sent back to me instead of directly to them, as I would have never known how many were sent to incorrect addresses. Despite providing photographic proof and detailed documentation, Postcard Mania has yet to resolve this issue. Their process of returning cards via FedEx seems designed to delay, as it took them 3 weeks to arrange a FedEx pickup and another 8 weeks to confirm the number of returned cards—potentially to exceed the 60-day dispute window with credit card companies. Even though my campaign has ended, I am still receiving returned postcards via USPS, further proving that many of the addresses used were not real.
If you’re considering Postcard Mania, be aware that their promises may not align with the results. They failed to deliver what I paid for, and their customer service was slow and ineffective. I strongly advise against trusting that they will make things right.

Postcard Mania has the best in the business for marketing! Each person you work with puts your marketing needs as first priority. They do an amazing job with the designs, their suggestions and are very efficient at getting your campaign finished. I've gain a lot of new customers thanks to Postcard Mania!

Terrible company to work with
Terrible company to work with. After spending a lot of money on mailings and receiving zero return on investment. I told them several times awhile ago I did not wish to waste more money on mailings and was done. Today 7/6/24 I saw an unathorized charge on my bank account for $750 and have no understanding of how and why they would charge me without my knowledge and after told them I was done. I wish I had never given them money or time of day. Terrible experience.

Spent $6000 on a marketing campaign with PCM on their ''everywhere small business'' and received zero leads. When i say zero leads, i mean exactly zero. I wonder if they even mailed out the postcards, Don't see how else they could have messed up this bad.

Great customer service
Andi Belau is our campaign coordinator and she has been nothing but helpful! The designers did not get my vision for the postcard at all and did not use anything I provided for the first round of proofs. It looked so generic and did not fit what our company was looking for. Andi and I had a great phone call and she passed on all of my concerns as well as edits to the designer and was able to get the new design to me very quickly - and it was pretty much perfect. Josh Irish is the marketing consultant I've been working with and he's been great as well. He never put any pressure on us to purchase more than what we are looking for and he always had good suggestions on how to move forward in our campaign. Both Andi and Josh have been very communicative and helpful along the way. I've had a lot of questions and concerns and they've always helped. My only complaint is that the designers clearly don't read the full questionnaire and don't seem to care about what the customer wants.
