PostcardMania is a fantastic company to work for with a lot of talented people. I've worked at big Fortune 50 companies as well as small "mom and pop" companies and PostcardMania is by far the best!

We've been working with Postcardmania for years now, from our previous contact Saskia to Samantha now, they have been very accommodating of us and our company's needs, excellent customer service!

I have been using PostcardMania for years to print cards for my business and they always provide a very high quality product and their staff are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to other business owners.

I decided to give postcardmania a chance to help me expand my business. I’ve spent over $5,000 and have only received 12 calls, a couple of whom were people begging to have me stop bombarding their mailbox with postcards for services they weren’t interested in.

I’ve ask the company to stop sending me emails and requested to stop using their services because they’re not effective.

I have paid every bill timely, when it was due and found a nasty email from their finance department in my junk mail stating that I owed $100. It’s starting to look like this scam of a company is going to try to milk every penny they can from me.

Maybe I’ll file a complaint with the better business bureau and department of consumer affairs.

Whatever you decide to do, you may want to use Google Ads. They have been far more effective than this company.

Very well run operation, honestly I havent experienced such quick and efficient customer like this in a while! Very thorough as well!

I have been working with PostcardMania for several months and will continue for at least a couple more. My wife and I own and operate a child care center that is still trying to recover from the loss of clients and employees due to the pandemic. I decided to use PostcardMania for a marketing campaign to help with increasing enrollment and to hire additional staff. My experience with their staff, and results produced, has been surprisingly smooth and productive.

Ben Barber, my account manager, Dan Moros, my marketing consultant, and Hyro Spiodic, my digital marketing specialist, among others, have all been great to work with. They are always willing to help and the products that go out look awesome.

I would highly recommend using PostcardMania for your advertising campaigns!

Nicole and Kristin at PostCardMania took care of my client's direct mail to perfection. From the design to the targeting everything went perfectly. My agency doesn't do direct mail with anyone else as my reputation with my clients depends on the mail campaign being successful.

PostcardMania is the bomb.com! They are not only personable, reliable, professional and down right great folks, but they make you feel like they're working just for you. I'm sure they have a ton of clients, but there follow-up and personal attention is like working with the great companies from back in the old days where they actually know their clients. They are, in fact, the BOMB.COM! (Oh yeah, their work product is top notch as well!)

Eliza, and the Design team were outstanding. They were very patient with frequency of the changes I made to my postcard design, and never were annoyed with me. I appreciate that very much. The only negative was with the time delays between communications, but that is a result of communicating with emails, not with professionalism or product. Great Job!! Early in 2018 the postcard printer and mailer I had been working with for almost 15 years changed direction as a company and only planned to service big corporate clients. I was more of a boutique client with many smaller mailings throughout the year.

Distraught at the idea of researching to find and develop the same caliber of relationship I had with the other company, I began my search.

I contacted -probably- 12-15 companies from all over the country talking to various people and EVERY time I was either talking to someone from another country who spoke broken English or someone who was -frankly- rude and treated me like a number with little interest in developing a longer term relationship.

Then I called PostCardMania!

Although I had to go through a lengthy phone tree to get to a human I was eventually introduced to Zach and IMMEDIATELY I felt like maybe there was hope.

Now, almost 5 years and hundreds of thousands of mailers later, I can't help but think about those sorry fools that treated me so poorly!

Zach is amazing, friendly, prompt, always calls/emails back, has incredible attention to detail, is patient and pro every step of the way, and in simple terms: hands down a super cool guy. He has MORE than surpassed the relationship I had with the other company.

About a year ago, Zach introduced me to Kat as I had earned my way to VIP status with the company and she is in charge of -well, it seems like many things that are really important! As a direct response marketer, I'm a bit "picky" when it comes to how I like my designs perfected, and Kat makes it happen EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! The best way I can encapsulate Kat is she makes AMAZING ALL CAPS AND BOLD! Wicked sense of humor and all in all...

I am literally elated that when it comes to all my client mailers I KNOW with certainty that the job with PCM will always get done ON TIME, PROFESSIONALLY, COST EFFECTIVELY and it seems with a little humor along the way almost every time.

Super impressed with this company. They were extremely fast to get each step of the process done and they made it easy. It’s usually like pulling teeth to get me to stop my busy schedule and focus on a new project, but their process makes it simple. The design proof came back and was perfect on the FIRST proof.
