Attention to detail and patience in explaining what is needed and how to send for Postcard Mania to do their job. Brittany has gone above to help with formatting the excel sheet and what information she needs for mailers. Open communication and kindness goes a long way.

There are a lot of services, both digital and print. The account manager was great to work with. At least for my area, the print media didn't work as well as expected. I didn't use the digital ads, but they come with the package and would probably fare better than print.

We have been using PostcardMania for our marketing for a couple years now. They are an excellent company to work with. They have created a customized marketing campaign for us, both with postcards and digitally. And if we ever feel like something needs to be changed or tweaked, they immediately jump on it to help us change anything we need to get the best results. They really have the customer's best interests in mind which I love. I have known many current and former PostcardMania employees over the last ten years or so and they have all been great people. I absolutely recommend this company!
