We ordered a family scene in 2016 and updated in 2025. Original is still 100%, no fading and as new. 2025 version arrived on time and perfectly as ordered. Unbeatable company in terms of quality, price and trustworthiness.

Totally awesome product - promptly dispatched. I made an error in assuming the 1-2 days delivery was just that but, my bad. That is post creation. Realising my error, and the last minute nature of my need (leaving present for 2 people) I contacted them and they did everything they could to expedite. End result-HAPPY customer.

Ordered two word cloud poster pictures in frames, the retirees absolutely loved them. Hint - GO LARGE :-)

Customer service is second to none!! Bought a framed personalised picture which was made and posted swiftly. Only problem was Royal Mail. I emailed posterhaste to try and rectify Royal Mail’s error and was emailed straight back (after hours) and told that they’d had no luck trying to figure out the problem, and that they’d send out another picture, with a different courier. Always kept up to date and emails were answered very quickly! Picture itself was also great quality and I’m sure will go down well when gifted at Xmas. Thanks very much to Keira and all at posterhaste, keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

What can I say other than absolutely over the moon with our personalised purchase. Very prompt on changing a slight detail that I did by mistake and the speed of delivery was so quick, extremely chuffed customer thankyou .

We now have 2 family prints from Poster haste 2021 & 2022 as we have had new additions.

It's a great idea and lots of fun as member of the family helped to create their characters, even more so for the kids.

The whole process is very easy to use, from adding characters, changing their size and extras such as glasses and hats to the actual ordering.

You do however need to ensure that you have everything correct at the time of ordering as the turnaround time is very quick. Our print arrived 3 days after ordering.

The quality is great and you have a number of options as to print size, background and frame colour, or you can just order the print. The choice is yours.

Some may say it looks expensive for what it is, but this said the fun we had designing it, the quick delivery time and the quality, we feel it is worth it.

As and when our family changes again we we definitely be ordering another print.

I placed and order, and despite checking it 9393763 times, I failed to notice an error I’d made until it was too late. I redid my order correctly, so had two orders going through. I emailed Posterhaste begging for them to cancel the incorrect order, despite it saying several times on the website that the onus is on the orderer to ensure the order is correct as they cannot cancel prints due to how quick they’re printed once ordered (apologies for the repetition of words LOL), and fortunately got a speedy response saying they’d manage to cancel the incorrect print in time and that I’d get a refund - phew! This print is for a gift, I have one in my home and have gifted a print of theirs previously, and everyone loves the pictures. It’s expensive for what it is, but it’s superb quality prints and quick delivery.

I was late in ordering a framed poster for my son’s birthday. They did an excellent job in getting it to me on time. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a framed family picture for my friends for Christmas. Having read some unflattering reviews post order I was a little concerned .
In reality the customer service was second to none ! The quality of the print and frame was superb and the lady runs her family business with great care !
I can, without hesitation, absolutely recommend this company !!

I ordered a family print, which after 9 days hadn't arrived. I contacted them and they FedEx a replacement within 48 hours. The quality and packaging were second to none. I will definitely order again. The Customer Service was excellent.

Really lovely and very happy with the 'stars' print, my only slightly negative comment is that when I typed Christmas 2020 into the date text bar I thought this would be printed somewhere so if you want the print for a specific occasion dont forget to enter the date again! Really quick delivery so worth the courier charge to get it in time for Christmas.

I ordered a poster print. I expected better quality for the money. It is fine for what I want but for £20 Inc p&p I feel fleeced. Actually considering purchasing a printer and starting up on my own.

The photo frame is very light and looks cheap and picture just a print out from home printer . You would expect a good quality poster with photo frame for £60..... but NO not with this one. This is way over price for the quality of it. I will never buy it ever again

Absolutely love my poster and cannot rate the customer service highly enough. This Company went over and above to fulfil my order in a timely manner and I am immensely grateful and impressed.

Great present for my dad and he loved it but highly disappointed at the outcome. £30 for something I could have drawn myself!! Obviously just paying that amount of money for the packaging. Very wasteful indeed! Very unhappy and would not purchase again.

Extremely overpriced.

I designed and made a ‘poster’ on an app which lead me to believe It was in the USA (turns out its London), which has good design capabilities, well, when I say good, you can basically choose from a set amount of designs. The sizes are really limited btw. I chose the biggest size for what I spent AGES on and got printed which LET ME
BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR your home printer CAN DO! And it cost me $60. Dollars you ask? Yes reader, dollars. I’m from the U.K. but live in the US and the website didn’t say anywhere it was in the U.K., not a massive issue I hear you say? Well how does £20 delivery sound? Yeah, not great and then also international charges on tour bank. Overall. If this is the quality of the product, just print it at home, seriously.

The lovely team at Posterhaste were kind enough to produce my picture quickly when I said I needed it for a birthday during lockdown!

The picture itself is very good quality, nice paper and frame. The design is very unique, my kids love having a picture of them on the wall 🙂
