I have used both the Italian and the German version for different products. I got some really nice books! My little one loves his baby books and the grandparents loved the "Kleine Momente" and the big books I made with his pictures. One book had some pages missing and I got a replacement with no problem after I contacted the costumer service showing them the issue. Thank you!

A rocky road
My first order did not arrive at all. I contacted the customer service 3 times about it and only on the 3rd time a month later I have received a reply with a suggestion to re-print my order, as the postal delivery from France to Germany really cannot take so long.The order was suppose to be a Christmas present for my two good friends, which obviously didn't happen as it arrived after Christmas and I was unable to send it to my friends on time. The second order arrived, the quality of print is ok, nice packaging.

No response after wrong printing
I had one photo out of six missing and another one printed twice... I sent an email to explain and got no reply at all! Never use them again!

I use this company for it´s continual good service. Sometimes the quality isnt perfect - like last years christmas cards - but they more than put it right. My mother and my mother in law wait every christmas for their yearly photobooks. Thanks !

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, i received notification over 2 weeks ago that it has been dispatvhed and its still no where to be found... This is a terrible service and i would not be ordering again

what I ordered are weekly photo desk calendar - Deluxe. The idea of weekly calendar is excellent. Unfortunately the printing quality is not good. The color of the photos are too dark and too red. If the customer can adjust the printing tone of the photos, that would be cool.

Very nice quality and good service
Very nice quality, the colors are bright and I also like the paper, thick enough. I got in touch with the customer service because I made a mistake in the file, and they were really reactive! They cancelled my order without any problems and I could simply make a new one for the same discounted price. I am very happy with the service and the final product!
