Two weeks and "express shipping" still didn't arrive
Ordered one poster and paid a lot extra for express shipping. They shipped it instead with basic postage, no express and the supposed guaranteed latest delivery date was over a week ago. Total scam. Product never arrives. PosterXXL claims they shipped it. Postage company claims (daily) it'll arrive "tomorrow".
Edited to reply to the below "reply": already contacted your supposed customer service who did nothing. This is a complete scam. Nothing gets sent, only money gets taken.

Poor service
Poor service. No human beeing for direct help; just answering machine which doesn't understand the problem:
System for uploading picture is blocked since half an hour. I can't compleet my work and can't order.
Waiting-time for eventual life-chat: 9 waiting persons ahead. - So in future, I better use my time with a company which is way more klient-centered and helpful.

After 4 attempts and a desolate customer service I am giving up hope to get the product I ordered. I ordered a print and I ordered a hanging system. Print arrived. Hanging system is hanging somewhere, but defo not with my print. 30 Euro for nothing.

In my order of 3 photo books
In my order of 3 photo books, 3 photos ahd been turned around and people's heads chopped off.. The books had clearly not been checked before being sent(as promised in the email from Photobox!!).
However, customer service were prompt and efficient and I got 3 "free" new correctly made books in the post a week or so later.. Albeit too late for my visit to England to deliver the books.

Terrible Experience
I've ordered from Photobox.co.uk many times and thought it would be alright to order from the German website. I deliberately paid for tracking and fast so it would be delivered before Christmas. My tracking link sent to my by Photobox to ColisPrive courier never worked and when I contacted Photobox chat about this, they said since it was being delivered from France to Germany, the tracking link would not be recognised. It's now up to the courier and they can't help with this issue. What was the point in paying for tracking then!
I also contacted ColisPrive with no result. Spent almost a hundred pounds on christmas presents and still have nothing to show for it. Photobox customer service said to just wait for a few more days - paid for fast tracking and so far, it has been untrackable and delayed. Waiting out the next few days or will be requesting a refund, how disappointing. Will not be ordering from Photobox.de in the future.

Website slow, not sure what went wrong this time…
I was really happy with my first order, but the second time the website kept freezing when trying to move the box to show which part of the picture I wanted to print/how many prints I wanted. I ended up getting not enough of one picture, and the other pictures that were sent were really low quality (despite being high quality on my computer…). Not sure what went wrong there.

Fast and easy-to-use
We find the e-service very easy to use, fast and with good result. We have made a fantastic calender by ourselves and we ordered a Forex photo. High producete are awesome. We will come back to you as soonest. Thank you for having solved partly out Xmas gifts issue.
